Unlike other waxing spas where they give you a cloth and leave the room to de-robe and lay on the table, the technician stayed in the room, and there was no courtesy cover cloth. As soon as I was situated on the table Miriam got to work, the wax was a bit warmer than I would've liked but she listened to my feedback and changed the temperature as soon as I mentioned it. She was kind and held a nice conversation. She has great rates and works very fast. Although I started off uneasy in my experience here, I left out confident that I would be coming back for future waxes with Miriam.

After my first couple treatments, I was sold and signed up for the monthly club (I think there are several levels). When I took the first break b/c of COVID and then returned, the front desk folks initiated putting a stop on my monthly club dues b/c I had accrued such a large balance and they wanted me to use some of it up before re-starting my dues. WHO DOES THAT? I really appreciated their customer service, from the front desk to all of the providers who welcome each and every guest. If you know what you like, please let the front desk know and they'll try to match you with the right provider!
