From the moment you walk in you're warmly greeted. They also answer any questions and go above and beyond in helping your problem solve. Selection: The selection is vast and anything that they don't have in store they're willing to order and either ship to store or your house. I had a specific example where I ordered an incorrect size shirt and they were able to order one in the correct size they even added an additional discount for being a healthcare worker. Value: They were running some awesome store promotions at the time on jeans. I was able to get 2 pairs under 75 after tax. This is a wonderful deal. Prices are comparable to competitors and the clothes are quality!

After trying a few other stores and spending over an hour searching, we left empty-handed. We decided to take a drive to Dillard's, and I'm so thankful we did. Within a minute of walking in, Charles greeted us and offered assistance without us even asking--which is definitely rare these days. I explained what we were looking for and a few specific requirements. As he walked us through the options, I mentioned that we needed a wide fit. He was honest and let us know they didn't carry traditional wide sizes, but then took the time to show us ECCO shoes with dual-fit insoles as an alternative. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Charles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, stayed calm while we tried on different pairs, and didn't hesitate when we asked for another size. We later found out he actually helped open this location--congratulations to him on his 20th anniversary! Dillard's management--you truly have a gem in Charles. You should be very proud to have him representing your store.

In the past we only came here for the following: Apple Store, Lululemon (taking a break from this brand now), Starbucks (only when it is on the way). Now we have added the following business to our list: Carhartt, Mt. Rose Wine Co., Reno Running Company, etc. Also, it helps us visit some of our favorite restaurants here - Land Ocean, Skipolinis, and Miyabi. Chipotle just opened, but we are not a customer any more. And a free standing Starbucks is STILL being built. Atmosphere - Huge mall that is rarely busy. Well, they are getting busier and busier again thanks to Trader Joe. Plenty of parking. Convenient location for us, easy in and out from highways. Open 7 days a week from 10am or 11am to 6pm or 7pm. Pet friendly, see the tiny dog park/area. Free wifi, I have not used it. Service - Good.
