I frequently book car service for my exec team, all over the world. Aegis Limo has become my go to for SF/Bay Area travel. Whether it's a simple airport pick up, or a schlep out to Sonoma, Monterey or the Central Valley, the team at Aegis is amazing to work with. I have also hired them out for the day when travel requires multiple pick ups/drop offs. They are always able to accommodate. The team is communicative, proactive, professional, and great to work with. 11/10, A++, would recommend. read more

Fabulous first experience yesterday. I needed a 5 am pick up in Mill Valley to SFO. Easy booking, professional, friendly, very clean and comfortable car! Ray arrived early and the experience was all around great. Will definitely use again. Thank you. read more

Car was on time and the toddler car seat was ready upon airport pickup. However, the driver Phillip Huang was not a very great driver and was a bit reckless at times. Additionally, I'm currently 6.5 months pregnant and wanted to sit in the front passenger seat for comfort, but was told I couldn't because when I opened the door, the floor was filled with things/trash so I was unable to. The side passenger of the vehicle where I sat also had a bunch of trash/items and seemed unprofessional for a $150 car service. The driver to the airport, Ray Wu, was great. Safe, personable, and was a great experience from start to finish and allowed my husband to sit in front so I could be comfortable in the back. Masks were worn at all times for both trips. read more

I love Aegis Limo! Super easy to book (via text). The cars and SUVs are clean. The drivers are early, helpful, friendly, etc. With two young kids, we can't just hop in a cab or Uber without carseat, and Aegis provides them by request. Aegis makes airport drop offs so much less stressful than hoping that Lyft or Uber will show up, or hoping we can get a parking spot at SFO and still make our flight. Highly recommend! read more

We are long-time happy customers and I highly recommend them. They're prompt, reliable, friendly and thoughtful. I don't recommend getting yourself into a bind to see their service shine, but I will tell you that they have gotten me and my family out of more than a few binds...and with a smile. read more

Updating my review! I've been using Aegis Limo for a few years now. Always responsive and have never had any issues. Our family currently uses them for pick and drop off. Family friendly with the little ones and that's a big plus. read more

Great service! Very reliable and courteous. They even adjusted our pick-up time on a very short notice due to flight cancellations. I highly recommend them! read more

This personal driving service helped me get from SFO to the east bay late at night. Ray, the driver, contacted me the day before my flight and kept track of my arrival throughout the day. He was so polite and helpful. Found me at the door with no problem. He even contacted my daughter (who hired him) when I got in the car. Good driver, comfortable and clean car. Even if you don't need a driving service, do it for your mother! read more

We've had a great experience each time with Aegis Limo--on time, communicative, with clean cars and friendly drivers. Especially recommended if you're traveling with little ones and need a car seat--they've got you covered! read more

These guys are the best. I've used them for years, they are always on time, reliable, and courteous. They are particularly great if you have kids who need car seats. They always have the right car seat setup based on what you request (I've had so many bad experiences with other services who can't get car seats right). I highly recommend Aegis Limo! read more

Been using Aegis Limo for over five years now. Always reliable and always on time. Great for families that need car seats!

What a fabulous service! We have been using Aegis Limo several times now for airport drop offs and pick ups and the service always has been flawless! We have 2 and 1 year old kids and the limo provided car seats correctly installed rear or front facing depending on the age. Aegis Limo has been on time, accommodating and extremely friendly. No matter if we needed a spacious car at 6am or 10pm I knew I could rely on this company. Highly recommend! read more

The Aegis Limo team is top notch! Reliable, safe, polite, clean - we only travel to and from the airport with Aegis Limo. They are so easy to communicate with and always arrive on time/slightly early. They have very clean SUVs, extremely nice and courteous drivers, and we are able to request baby and toddler car seats. You wont be disappointed, it is a seamless and dependable experience - highly recommend! read more

Fast, professional, and reliable, Aegis is our go to when we're traveling to/and from the airport with a baby. They're always on time and easy to book with. For parents with young children, they provide a variety of car seats (just make sure to note what type you need during booking). Cars are premium, spacious and clean as well. read more

The team at Aegis is wonderful! We have been using them for several years for airport rides with our child. They're always prompt and professional and have the car seat ready! I feel safe in an Aegis car. read more

A+ all the way. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I requested round trip service with meet and greet for my elderly mother, who hasn't flown in a long time and was nervous. The Aegis team picked her up in a lovely, new, clean car and helped her with the check-in process, carried her bags, and accompanied her to the security gate. She said she felt very safe with them. They texted me to let me know she had gotten through security safely. On the return trip, my mother's night flight was over 5 hours delayed. Even at 3:30am, the Aegis team was courteous, professional, friendly, and diligent. Again they texted me to let me know when my mother had been dropped off safely. Each time I called or texted, they answered immediately and already knew my name and the details of my booking. This is truly service at its finest. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a limo service to look no further than Aegis. It was obvious to me even after our first conversation that they took their job seriously and with great pride and care. read more

I've been using Aegis Limo for years now and just recently had another great experience with them. They are always responsive, on-time and dependable. They are able to come equipped with car seats too which is so helpful when we already have too much to bring to the airport! I really appreciate their professionalism, friendliness and reliability. I recommend this service 100%! read more

Now that we have kids, trips to and from the airport have become quite the ordeal. Our first lesson was that we couldn't show up at the airport 30 minutes before departure like we used to. Our second lesson was that we needed to make sure we had extra formula and diapers for the kids. And our final lesson was that iPads are lifesavers. Invest in one per child if you can. Totally worth it. Recently needed to take a weeklong trip with the kids and realized that with carseats being mandatory now, we needed either drive ourselves or else lug those carseats with us. In comes Ray at Aegis Limo. His car service was recommended at a kid's playdate and I am so glad I followed up. You just go online and input your order including which type and how many carseats you will need (no extra charge!) and his people will show up with the carseats already installed! Cheaper than uber service and even parking at the airport for a week. They were completely on time and the cars were nice and new. On our way back, Ray texted us as soon as we got off the airplane as he had been monitoring our flight status. Top notch service and highly recommended! read more

Excellent service for me with my 8 month old baby. I was picked up as agreed, actually 45 minutes early as i arrived ahead of time which was very helpful. My driver was friendly, very helpful and loaded and unloaded all of my bags (pram and crib) with care and consideration. I did specify that my baby wouldn't fit into an infant capsule when booking, but an infant capsule was all that was available in the car. Luckily he just fitted and wasn't over the weight limit. Hence the 4 stars, I would book a toddler seat if I need to use them again. read more

Could not recommend Aegis and Ray Wu more highly. Like many other reviewers, I was looking for a car service that could pick up my family (including a 3.5 y/o toddler). After calling to confirm the reasonable rate from the Peninsula to downtown SF, Ray asked me to fill out a simple form online to make sure he had all the information he needed. I liked that he quoted an all-in price that included gratuity and any additional fees so there were no surprises. Ray arrived early at the pick-up point and was a safe and conscientious driver. His car was clean, spacious, and the car seat was installed correctly. Fortunately for us, he was also available to drive us the following day from downtown SF to Oakland Airport. Again, he was early and courteous. Thanks again! read more

Amazing service and worth every penny! Especially if you are traveling with any children! They bring the car seat to you (so no going through the airport with it) Always on time too! Our flight was delayed the day before thanksgiving and they even managed to accommodate us at a later time. After long trips of traveling with a toddler they meet you right at the curb. We've started using them for every trip! Excellent service!! Ray is our guy! read more

This is hands down the best car service for those traveling with children. Ray from Aegis has taken us to/from the airport on several trips now. Whether it's an infant car seat or a toddler seat, it is always clean and correctly installed (you'll be amazed by how many car services get this wrong). Ray is extremely professional and very friendly. The ride is always on time and comfortable. Traveling with littles ones can be stressful, but not with Ray and his excellent service. read more

Finally a reasonable service you can depend on! I use to fly several times a week for my job and my company paid for a car service which was fine when they were paying as it was almost $100 for a ride to the airport. When I left my company and traveled for pleasure or business (my own company) I started looking for affordable services and had my share of nightmares - no shows/or more than an hour late on several occasions. Ray has always been on time and I was very surprised they had car seats for my new baby and didn't charge extra for them because most services charge $25. His new car/suv limo is very elegant. Thanks Ray for the excellent service! read more

Ever since we had our son, we have used Aegis to take us to and from the airport. They are the only car service I could find to offer car seats for the kiddos. And, they happen to be great! Always on time, super clean cars and very kind! read more

Top notch car service, particularly for families traveling with kids that need car seats in the vehicle. We have used them a few times for visitors, and they are friendly, prompt, cars are in great condition and have car seats properly installed! read more

Aegis provides outstanding service! What I like about Aegis is how convenient and easy they make it as a customer. I've been using Ray and his team of drivers for a few years now and have always had a pleasant experience. Whether Aegis is taking my wife, kids and I to the airport or driving me to SFO for an early morning business trip, their drivers are always on time, prepared, know where to go and when, and get you there safely. I even recently used Aegis to pick up a group of friends after a concert at Levis Stadium and the logistics where tricky, but Aegis is great about texting when and where you need to be picked up. For airport runs, I text the driver when I land to confirm I'm ready for pick up and he's there at curbside ready to help load the car and get home. If you have kids, they have car seats available to use! I highly recommend Ray and his team. Great service for any occasion. read more

Aegis Limo is great. I was using services of this company for last 3-4 years to get from and to the airport (SFO). Everything was very smooth. Always on time, alway courteous. The car is super clean and what is so critical for me, there are car seats for my kids. Highly recommend it (especially for families with kids). read more

I use Aegis for car service for the consultant that I support. Ray is always very accommodating and super easy to work with. It doesn't matter when or where, he does it all and we really appreciate his service. Thanks Ray!!! read more

where would i be without aegis? probably trying desperately to get to the airport, hitchhiking in the rain on market street, throwing money at anyone driving with an empty carseat and room for my family. see, what they don't tell you when you have a kid is that getting to and from the airport all of a sudden gets really stressful. it's the law to have your kid in a carseat and it turns out that carseats don't come included in taxis or ride shares. sure, you can take all your luggage and your kid's luggage and your kid on the muni and then to the bart, but you have to save at least some of your sanity before you board the plane. lo and behold, there is aegis limo. on request, a fancy towncar will pick you up at your house and IT COMES WITH A CAR SEAT. you just have to ask. and it's not much more expensive than a ride share. aegis is awesome. we use them every time we go to the airport and it's one less thing to stress out about. call them. read more

Amazing service! Reliable and clean. We needed two car seats and everything was installed perfectly. Highly recommend.

Aegis makes getting to the airport so easy with a young family! We've used this wonderful service many times - they are very reliable, always show up punctually with a nice car and a very clean, already-installed infant or toddler seat, and it makes getting to the airport very pleasant. Highly recommend! read more

We used them during our recent trip to SF. Excellent service and our driver was on time and very courteous. Today as he was driving us to the airport, he gave us the option of getting dropped off at the baggage claim level to avoid being stuck in the airport traffic. Saved us a lot of time! I will definitely use Aegis again on my next trip to San Francisco. read more

In town with my wife and son. Instead of lugging around the car seat I figured I would check to see options for car services that provide a car seat. Aegis had good yelp ratings so I gave them a go. Very happy with the customer service, drivers, and cleanliness of the cars. They were very timely. Overall very impressed. If I needed to come to San Fran I would definitely use them. I would definitely suggest them to those looking for limo services. read more
