After Napa wineries we got to golden gate park for an hour and then we went on San Francisco Tour with their SUV. A 2nd call yields a similar response that a credit will be applied. 7. 1 week later, I'm still out $165. Decide for yourself, but there are plenty other limo services out there that I'm sure operate their business in good faith and with ethics.

The vans were solid, but pretty basic. Roy let us come check them out before the event and helped put us at ease. We wanted to make sure things would run smoothly because the communication before the event had been a little spotty. Roy assured us that he had done the drive from the hotel to our venue many times before and it would be no problem. However, our guests arrived for the ceremony (including my father-in-law) and told me that one of the drivers had asked the guests for directions and had never been to the site before (despite me giving them detailed directions beforehand). On the plus side, they were on time getting our guests where they needed to be. They were particularly helpful with guests who had physical challenges. On the down side, we had reserved one of the vans until very late at night after the DJ was scheduled to stop so that our guests didn't have to worry about getting down the windy mountain road late at night after drinking. The driver told me, 45-60 minutes before they were scheduled to end the shuttle, that she didn't want to make the drive again (although we had two groups of people who still wanted to ride the shuttle). It was disappointing to have to argue with a vendor in front of guests at the end of the wedding night. Overall, I felt like they were fine for the price and Roy was nice, but be sure to be very clear about expectations ahead of time if using them for an event.
