Clearly an advertisement meant to solicit business

Around noon today, someone from your company (yellow safety vest with your name clearly displayed on the front and back) came knocking on all the doors on my street. I watched him as he was doing so, thru my doorbell surveillance camera. As he walked up my drive and up my steps I watched him look directly at my camera and the sign that was next to it, in clear, large letters, stating "NO SOLICITING", yet he chose to ignore it and knocked anyway. Standing there, waiting for someone to come to the door. I wasn't home, or he would've gotten an earful from me. What part of "NO SOLICITING" did this employee not understand? If he's that ignorant, I wouldn't want him working for my company. He's obviously not blind as he drove your marked vehicle to solicit business from myself and my neighbors. I know the neighbor across the street has a NO SOLICITING sign too, yet he ignored that, as well. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER! Or do you not care that you could be issued a fine and/or jail time by not adhering to home owner's requests? (City of Gardner, Ks. Section 5.05.010). DO BETTER, PEOPLE! BTW: Being disrespectful and ignoring people's signs makes one NOT want to do business with you in the future. Just saying. EDIT: In response to Lovely's comment: "we can say with confidence he was knocking to let you know we're currently working in your neighborhood and to make sure you had our contact info in case you had any questions, concerns, or if any debris blows into your yard." Considering there was no work being done anywhere near me, I can confidently say that he was NOT there just to inform me of potential debris, work, etc...as he placed this paper advertisement (see attached pic) in my door soliciting business, and wrote his name and number to contact him for my "free inspection". Edit #2: In yet ANOTHER response to Lovely's comment: "To clarify, we are actively working in your neighborhood under legitimate contracts". LOL. You all must have some high tech Harry Potter invisibility cloaking device, as NO WHERE near me or my general vicinity, or any where within a 10 block radius of my home are you currently working. None that I can see, and I drive that whole route on a daily basis, so you can keep making all the excuses you want. Your workers should NOT be going miles away from their "supposed" job site to warn people, anyway. You think a nail is going to fly off and hit my home a mile away? Ridiculous. I'm telling you it's blatant solicitation and it sounds to me like this is just another sales tactic some companies use to try and skirt the law. "We're working in your area..blah, blah, blah." But don't worry, I'm not reporting you this time. Just make sure next time that IF you actually are performing work (which I'll obviously see and would know via common sense to protect my property from damage) then you should place different door hangers on people's doors informing them specifically that work is being done and to use caution...NOT flyers wanting people to call for their free estimates. Regardless of where I live, you shouldn't be placing flyers soliciting business on ANYONE'S doors if they have a sign clearly posted. I'm done with this back and forth. I will no longer reply to any more of your nonsense, but sure, keep telling everyone reading this how it's NOT soliciting, even though your flyer clearly states otherwise. You're not fooling anyone with half a brain cell.

They did an excellent job replacing our roof. Worked with our insurance to get the job done and were very friendly and easy to work with.

They went above and beyond to get the venting in our attic upgraded, they sealed some wood rot on our chimney just to buy us some time so it wouldn't leak before we could get new siding and paint, and they did a cleanup and inspection three times. I would highly recommend Junior and his crew!

I had loved working with this group over the years for quality gutter cleaning, but unfortunately…read moresomething must've shifted. My latest experience was just OK. The communication that had been so key early on had faded, and I honestly didn't know if we were on the schedule or had been completely punted. I had to follow up to ensure things were on track. It took multiple weeks to have someone out. I think it's because of the frequent rains throwing off the schedule, but again it felt my messages were sort of going to a void. They gave me about an hours notice when someone was coming out, and he did a really nice job. I was very surprised when I got the bill and it was $125 more than it's ever been in the past. Especially surprising because the email thread we had been going back and forth in had our prior invoice at $275, not at $400. When I asked what was up they cited that it took their employee three hours and my gutters were more clogged than before. To me, nothing has really changed, if anything we have had more trees trimmed back, and more importantly, I didn't know that would affect the cost so dramatically. It had been under a year and half since I last had them out. Had I known, I absolutely would've gone with a more reasonable option. I also felt like their response was a bit off-putting, and I'm surprised because again we've hired them at least three times and I've had such positive interactions up until now. I'll be looking elsewhere moving forward; they do a nice job, and are a professional enough company, but the lack of customer service and shockingly high bill will have me finding a new go-to for my annual gutter cleanings.
