Totally worth it. The plus was seeing the bison and watching the babies run around and play. We also used the laundry facilities which were clean and several machines to be able to get done faster. The staff was great as well. They left a backpack along with cards and coupons in the wagon as a gift. We used them and while hiking The Narrows a squirrel (or more) got into one of them and they replaced it without hesitation. Such a wonderful experience.

One thing to be aware of is that there is no parking at their shop, so you'll need to find nearby parking before heading over. The only feature I felt was missing was a cup holder. I noticed some other rental companies had them on their bikes, and it would have been helpful for holding my phone while stopping to take pictures along the way. That said, I really appreciated the large basket and the basket netting, which securely held my backpack throughout the ride. Overall, a great rental experience, and I would definitely rent from them again.

From the moment he picked us up at our hotel, he was fun, knowledgeable, confidence inspiring and very patient. We had little experience as a group and my son (13 years old) is very hesitant to do anything new, but Zach eased him in to repelling and built a rapport and connection to where he was able to overcome his fear. The scenery was beautiful, rugged but doable for all ages (youngest was 9) and this day was one of our absolute favorite of our entire Utah adventure. Absolutely highly recommended! Thank you, Zack!

From that first call, the customer service was excellent. The day before, Zack, our guide reached out directly to introduce himself, confirm our start time, and let us know exactly what to bring. From the moment we met him, Zack MADE the tour. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, literally anticipating questions my friend had before they even asked them, which instantly made them feel reassured and comfortable. Even though we switched tours last minute, Zack went above and beyond by giving us a taste of the rock climbing experience while still keeping things manageable and fun. He was super flexible in adapting the pace to what we were comfortable with, and I am so glad we ended up choosing canyoneering. It was the perfect balance of adventure, challenge, and fun without feeling overwhelming. To top it off, Zack told us about a local Peach Festival happening in town and even invited us to check it out, which was such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel personal. Overall, this was one of the best tours I have ever been on. If it is your first time in Zion or you are unsure what to book, trust Rock Odysseys and ask for Zack if he is available. You will not regret it!

We live close to the park and have hiked most of the trails. But this one is a hidden treasure that even the Park Manager didn't know about. Hat's off to Jim Martinson (the owner/guide) for: his love of nature, spirit of adventure, and finding & sharing this trail. It's under 3 miles round trip and only a 500' elevation gain, but spectacular views. And some stair-like climbs that are an adrenaline rush! No ropes, but some definite exposure in one spot. The guides; Jim, Martha and Joel, were fantastic! They were very organized, super helpful & friendly and talked about the trail, the geology and life in general. And they very much stressed safety. It was a lot of fun and the quickest 3 hours & best money spent in a long time. Will watch their website, can't wait for another trip.

Sick of your shizz, coronavirus! Initially I wasn't really sure what you expect from a Jeep tour, but I was pleasantly surprised by the fun, off the beaten path experience that we had taking the sunset tour. I was a bit leery of the Jeep and thinking it may or may not break down on a dirt road without cellular signal, but all is well that ends well. The ride was scenic and bumpy and an all around good time. Our tour guide was Zach(Zack?) and he was Ah-mazing. He was a great driver, funny, interesting, informative, and an all around joy to be around for our three hour tour. He shared lots of information on our surroundings, asked a lot of questions about our trip, and made a lot of great recommendations for our stay near Zion. If you can get him as your guide, you'll be in great hands. Overall a lovely time with spectacular views.
