Being on top of the bowling alley, this give kids and family extra time together (or separate if the kids go play by themselves while the parents bowl, which seems to be the case here). There are a great deal of inflatable bounce houses and one giant obstacle course, a ropes tower with a slide, rock wall, some arcade games, and a few birthday party rooms. For two kids to play for 1 1/2 hours was $24 total. Seemed like a pretty good deal considering there's no other place quite like this and it keeps the kids active and happy. It is dingy and there are quite a few broken arcade games that they just decide that they're never going to fix (I've been here a few times). You pay 25-50 cents per game or a dollar to play air hockey, basketball, or a motorcycle game. There are no tickets so you're really only playing to have fun, not win prizes. There is a coin machine (it's slow) to give you quarters for the games. During my most recent visit, the basketball machine broke on us so that was interesting. Other than the rinky dink "arcade" (which is kind of just scattered around the bounce houses), this is a fun place with plenty of room for the kids to run around.

The host and people there were attentive. This isn't a babysitting facility so obviously keep track of your little ones. They had so many things to keep the kids preoccupied and the ability to get their energy out. They didn't want to leave! The only complaint that I have is for the arcade area. All games were 7 or 8 credits. Minimum card option is for 20 credits so there aren't enough credits for a minimum of 3 games. They should adjust the credit minimum to 21. While most of the facility appears clean to the naked eye, I did notice some things that really concerned me. The restrooms have multiple stalls that are marked 'Out of Order' and have been. Yesterday, we noticed a dirty bandaid on the climbing stairs. Lastly, the room designated for Toddlers Only is a petri- dish. Many items are duct taped or just plain dirty. She is not allowed to use this room even though she fits the toddler criteria. Its too unkempt. This Trampoline park can be a vital part for kids of all ages to enjoy the release of energy they so desperately need especially with Winter coming. A good steam cleaning of the whole building should be the 1st priority the owner should do ! The staff has ALWAYS been helpful and respectful. Offering any help or guidance on everything! My two-year-old son and I have visited this location dozens of times over the past year without a single issue. On this visit, we also happened to be the only Black family present. What happened afterward was shocking, unprofessional, and felt unmistakably discriminatory. Later that day, I received a call from someone identifying herself as the owner/manager. She claimed that it had been "reported" that my recently turned two-year-old son had: * "Shaken" a one-year-old girl * Then supposedly been "violent" toward multiple children * And later--somehow--"choked" the same child These accusations all came in a single phone call and kept changing as she spoke. Not one version was consistent with the last, and none of them matched anything that occurred during our visit. When I calmly asked her to check security footage, she said she would but immediately followed it with, "The video may not have caught anything," despite openly admitting she hadn't reviewed it. To this day, I have received zero follow-up or confirmation that any video was checked at all. I later spoke with the front-desk employee who was there during our visit. He confirmed that: * No parent voiced any complaint about my son * He personally witnessed nothing concerning * The owner/manager was not even present at the time This brings up extremely concerning questions: * How did the owner know to single out my child when no complaint was made? * Why was I immediately presumed guilty with no evidence? * Why did the supposed reporting parents never speak to me directly, which is standard in children's play spaces? * Why did the claims escalate from shaking, to multiple children, to choking--a sequence that simply does not align with a newly two-year-old's behavior or my son's history? My son has never harmed another child, and our long history at this business reflects that.

Everything was very clean and there was decent space between activities. There are areas for crawlers, dress up, kitchen play, train table, jungle gym and more. My 3 and 1.5 year old were loving all of it. We signed up online for our spot, which I recommend. Sometimes they are closed for parties. I wish they had more weekday afternoon times, but I know they are still growing. We will certainly be back soon!
