My 4 year old Granddaughter enjoys this place tremendously. She had gone multiple times with her parent's. Always had to sanitize her before and after as this is common sense being in a facility that has many children and many areas where germs can grow. As her MiMi, I am always very aware of this and try not to be too concerned. But I feel it is my responsibility to make sure the facility is responsible in the cleanliness and safety of the children who enjoy this park. While most of the facility appears clean to the naked eye, I did notice some things that really concerned me. The restrooms have multiple stalls that are marked 'Out of Order' and have been. The sanitizers throughout the building are mostly empty with only a few working. The foam pit is not only difficult to get out of the foam also smells. Yesterday, we noticed a dirty bandaid on the climbing stairs. Lastly, the room designated for Toddlers Only is a petri- dish. Many items are duct taped or just plain dirty. She is not allowed to use this room even though she fits the toddler criteria. Its too unkempt. This Trampoline park can be a vital part for kids of all ages to enjoy the release of energy they so desperately need especially with Winter coming. A good steam cleaning of the whole building should be the 1st priority the owner should do ! The staff has ALWAYS been helpful and respectful. Offering any help or guidance on everything! They are not responsible for the cleanliness of the facility as a whole. The owner is responsible for the safety and cleanliness of his business. If something doesn't change and change quickly a wonderful, fun and entertaining way for children and their families will be looking for somewhere else to go . We will be going back with the hope that changes will be made! Keep Jumping! As far as the music, you can't make everyone happy eith so many different ages. it's far from club music. They have a good variety of things for the kids to do, from trampolines, to wall climbing, ball pits, slides, and more. I don't think my kid is crazy about the pizza here that is part of the birthday parties, but there's a great pizza spot in the same plaza you could grab food at before or after if you're not part of a party package. read more

First time here, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff when I initially called to ask about mask-wearing. This is a great place for kids to run/jump around and burn off energy. My only concern is germs that must inevitably be on all the surfaces and ball pit balls. There's no way they can be sanitizing each ball. There's a toddler area with duplo blocks and other soft things to climb on. They give you a pair of socks with grippies on the bottom for the adults as well as the kids. There's a pretty neat jungle gym with about 3 levels but adults are not allowed to climb in that area. I was following my 2 year old so I had to deter her from going into that area. They also have a 'dodgeball' area with the trampolines and a basketball area where you can jump and throw soft balls into the lit up hoops. read more

Absolutely vile. Been here twice for friend birthday parties and each time the bathrooms upstairs are closed down. The women's bathroom downstairs had 6 stalls...3 were "out of order", 2 didn't have locks or any way to close the door and the last one had poo alllll over the toilet seat. Probably the worst "jump park" I have ever taken my kids to. 3/24/24. We took a family trip (40 minute drive) to this location and honestly the most regrettable decision we have made. Upon entering we only saw 2 staff members... filled out our waivers for the kids paid and proceeded to take our coats and shoes off to get our kids off to play. Immediately walking towards the cubby's the strongest order of human waste I have ever smelled (I have 4 littles in diapers) and it ungodly. I assumed one of the kids passed gas (lol) didn't think anything of it until literally every one of the children complained about how gross it smelled. We thought maybe someone put a diaper in the garbage can next to the cubby (still don't know if it was the garbage we didn't investigate it much further) so we bring our kids to the floor with the trampoline and as soon as we walk up the stairs you have to push by adults (they have like a bench fitting maybe 6 adults) so the other 59 adults are standing there while you are trying to get by. So we go to the ball pit, kids enjoyed it more than the trampoline but like poor excuse for a jungle gym if you ask me. 30 minutes into it 4 of the 8 kids are saying they don't feel good and their eyes are burning following a headache and nausea. As we go to leave two ambulances show up to take two children that got hurt to the hospital. Get to the car and immediately 2 of the kids are slumped over saying they don't feel well. "You guys probably just played to hard relax" 40 minutes drive home..... and 5 out of my 8 kids are puking allllll night (101-102 fevers) I will neverrrrrr go back read more

We had our son's birthday party at this location, and were sadly disappointed. We originally confirmed a party package for 20 children, and quoted $525. This package comes with 4 pizzas and beverages. Extremely overpriced for 4 overcooked Domino's pizzas. We were given 5 bottles of water, and an 8 pack of juice boxes-- clearly not enough to accommodate the number of children we made the reservation for. We had to request more beverages multiple times. We were placed in a tiny party room that did not fit our party size. Our party host was MIA the majority of the time and we had difficult time tracking him down throughout the party. We usually tip really well (20%+) but were so disappointed with the service we received, we didn't leave a tip. Approx. 25min before our reservation was to end, our party host magically appeared to advise that we had 3 minutes to pack our stuff and leave. The kids hadn't finished eating yet. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. Our experience was terrible and extremely underwhelming. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Honestly The worst place I have ever been to. I used to work there as a manager and the place is absolutely nasty and never gets sanitized. All the bathrooms are closed down because the owners refuse to hire a plumber or to fix them themselves. As a former employee, I felt disgusted every time I walked in knowing that nothing is ever cleaned properly especially when kids end up throwing up or pooping or peeing or any of that sort of thing in the ball pits the ball pits don't get cleaned out after those incidences I recommend that anybody that goes here looks at how big of a mess the places. It was terrible watching kids having fun and playing around in things that are not properly sanitized or cleaned. Not to mention the fact they treat their employees like their robots. I have just had a personal experience of putting my two weeks in and then not getting proper pay due to the fact that the owners don't want to pay me because they are angry that I left. They don't care about their employees or about how the place looks they only care about the money that they earn I would never recommend this place to anybody or their kids!!!!!! read more
