Despite this, I was spoken to in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and was ultimately informed that my prescription would not be filled and that I was "banned." This statement was made without any clear explanation, documentation, or due process. As a patient, I understand that pharmacists have a responsibility to ensure prescriptions are appropriate and compliant. However, patients also have rights, including: * The right to be treated with professionalism, dignity, and respect * The right to clear communication regarding any refusal to fill a prescription * The right to have legitimate prescriptions evaluated in coordination with the prescribing physician * The right to not be arbitrarily denied service without explanation or proper documentation At no point was I aggressive, disrespectful, or noncompliant. My sole objective was to resolve the matter appropriately through your staff and my physician. Living in Celebration, we had heard of this pharmacy but had yet to stop by. We were greeted by the pharmacist on duty, Dr. Turner (one of the Turner brothers). We were given a welcome gift bag after registering our info to pick up the Rx, which was waiting for us less than an hour after it was called in. This welcome bag included a weekly pill container, a package of Kleenex, a small eyeglass repair kit, a toothbrush, nail clippers, chapstick, a pen and some informational fliers. This is a family owned pharmacy, and Dr. Turner told us they have been servicing the Disney area for 40 years, and have been in this celebration location since 2009. They were fully stocked with toilet paper, Clorox, cleaning supplies, and Lysol - which are increasingly hard to get items during these times of Covid. The store policy requires face masks to enter the store, but they also had some disposable masks for sale in the event you came without. The staff was friendly and helpful and we learned they are open 7 days a week, even on holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving! They deliver meds to your house or nearby hotel and they are a compounding pharmacy as well. We will definitely be coming back to Turners and recommend this pharmacy to anyone visiting the parks or live nearby.

We scanned them in the Walmart app with our phone to confirm. We get to the register, and noodles are ringing up as 50 cents each. They're still inexpensive, but that's not what they were marked as and not what it said when we scanned them with our phone. We aren't from Florida and aren't fluent Spanish speakers, so that became an issue as well. I sent my husband next door to the Walmart Liquor store while I straightened this out. Eventually, the cashier scanned the noodle with her phone in the app and made the price adjustment just before her manager showed up. By then, he wasn't needed. I leave the store and walk over the liquor store with my cart to see my husband going back and forth with that clerk. Same issue! Remy 1738 marked as $54.47 on the shelf behind the counter and ringing up as $62.93. Clerk is arguing that what it rings up as is the price, even though the price tag on the shelf says something completely different. Pay attention folks! I get the keys, take our groceries to the car, load them up and drive over to where my husband is. The same manager emerges from the liquor store and heads back to the main store.
