I have a minor incident and had to replace the front bumper and grill. Given the popularity of this auto body shop, it wasn't the easiest to get the earliest appointment. However once repairs started, they were completed promptly and the final product is similar to getting a car off the lot (freshly cleaned and washed). Quality of repairs is high, service is detailed and informed and reasonable for quality. I am more than happy to recommend to other Yelp folks and personal friends!

All the good techs have left in the past few months, and ones that remain call in sick. This happened to me twice on two separate Saturdays - only finding out when I showed up for my appointments. The shop owner seems more concerned with splitting the showroom with in to support a Pokemon store (huh??). Talk about losing focus on your core business! As a fan and supporter of small business, I am very sad to see this happen. Unfortunately I think it is beyond repair, and I will be going elsewhere to finish the work that they started. Such a shame. I won't be returning.

In a time where speed shops and…read morecustom shops are dwindling and dying, it is an absolute pleasure to bring my business here, see the shop continue to thrive, and to receive the same elevated service every single time. There is a reason that Joe and Action Tire are still in existence. Joe runs an exceptional business. It is a business where your patronage is valued and appreciated. He will treat you like family if you select his shop for your needs, and he will do an incredible job for you. He will treat your vehicle as if it is his own, and he will do so with precision and care. His selection is vast and is of high quality. However, he will offer something that meets your budget and needs. He will also be honest. His facility features a comfortable and high quality waiting area upstairs where you will sit on leather couches and watch television while you wait for your car. Service is timely and efficient. Joe's prices have also come in lower than other businesses for me every time. Pair that with the increased caliber of work, and you've got a gem here. He's done exhaust work for me, a set of wheels, and most recently he has done new tires for me. He was on time and within budget every time. I could do you no greater favor than recommending Action Tire.
