He fixed it up before in 2 days when other places bounced me around for a month, and is very fair with pricing and has never tried to upsell beyond what was necessary. One time we thought it was a big problem that would've been hundreds, he figured out it was just something loose, tightened it and didn't even charge anything. Something similar this time. A different shop told me my brakes were kaput and we figured out they were fine, it was something very minor. He could've easily just changed them anyway for profit but instead took the time to explain that they were fine and the other place was full of it. Rotating the tires and fixing the psi fixed the issue. He's very down to earth and honest when something is fine vs needing work. I'll only ever be coming here when I need work, and would recommend to anyone. If you see this, thank you so much!

A problem I've had with other shops is whenever something is suggested, it feels scammy (and…read moreusually is). The actual Honda dealership wanted to charge me $100 for a fuel system cleaning. I looked into it and all it was they were going to pour a $15 bottle of fuel system cleaner into the gas tank. So basically an extra $85 for something a toddler can do. Mugsy's isn't like this. Whatever they suggest and any work they've done, they're very thorough in explaining what needs done and what has been done. Staff is friendly. Overall a great shop if you need anything done

They gave me a round about price to replace and it was in line with what I was told at the dealership.. My daughter dropped the car off on Friday.. With the holiday being on Monday and the snow storm they fixed the car on Thursday.. I felt sorry for them since the alternator they put on wasn't working so they had to take it all apart and replace with a working alternator which is not an easy job.. My GMC has not been easy to maintain, but Finks has worked with me to deal with several issues that have been addressed. I highly recommend Fink's garage as I would not go ANYWHERE else, with the exception of the frame specialist they referred me to. I will update this review when work is done :) Update : June 26 We had our car inspected and everyone was super helpful. We now are getting 4 tires and hope to get a good deal on them. :) Update : March 25 2021 Last week our car was in the shop. Took over 700 in repairs. They said if the check engine light came back on again to bring it in. Well Tuesday it did. Guess what another 700 it needs. We have been going to done right since we moved here. Never have I felt taken advantage of. I said to the person I have 4 kids and need some sort of reassurance this 700 will prevent it from crapping out on the Highway. They replied " you are asking me to be able to look in a crystal ball". I don't feel like I am I just would like to know I won't be in next week again. They said the car looks like it's never had a tune up which is weird because I've taken it to them since I bought it in 2019. I'm not sure what they missed or maybe I didn't ask the right questions. But I definitely feel like something is wrong. I told them to do the repairs. Unfortunately since that's the only car that fits all of us we don't have time to get a second opinion. I don't like being without the van especially if there's an emergency. This review is copied From my review on FB
