The pricing is great, and the detail of what they show and tell about things found helps me better understand what to consider and be aware of for future needs, as well as just learning more about my own vehicle (an auto repair person... I am not). Alex and his crew are friendly, flexible with schedule, and careful to not work on and charge for something that is not needed. I found this out with my wife's Jeep (catalytic work that the dealer simply wanted to do a full replacement, that was not needed). All in all, this is a great shop where you get treated with personal care and trusted work handled on your vehicle. They gave me a round about price to replace and it was in line with what I was told at the dealership.. My daughter dropped the car off on Friday.. With the holiday being on Monday and the snow storm they fixed the car on Thursday.. I felt sorry for them since the alternator they put on wasn't working so they had to take it all apart and replace with a working alternator which is not an easy job..
