Absolutely ZERO integrity and a thief! Aaron the thief went to my girlfriend's house on an extended warranty service request for repair a LG wash/dryer combo. Through his diagnostic review, he discovered a pump was broken. He blamed the damage on a foreign object, although there was no proof of one. Damaged parts are not covered through the warranty. I looked up the pump he replaced on Amazon, exact pump! $25!! Aaron charged her $366 for it. My girlfriend looked it up on LG's site, and it sells for $66 there. How on earth do you justify that. He charged her $484.05 for the invoice. Then, he says to her, if you can pay me cash, I'll make it $400 even. What kind of shady poop is that. The average credit card company charges 2 percent of the charge. That would make it under $10 bucks. Thief thief thief!!!!! People, before contracting anyone to make repairs, do your homework! Look up reviews. We work hard for our money and incidents like these are financially devastating for some. People like Aaron are your typical common thieves, but he does it legally, unfortunately. Our refrigerator crapped out on us and LG sent out Aaron from Advanced Service Center to fix us up. This guy was awesome! First of all, he arrived ON TIME! Not only that, he had the part in his hand when he walked in and was 100% prepared to get to work. He was super nice, very professional and probably one of the cleanest, fastest repair jobs I ever had. If you're anywhere near Modesto, and I'm talking within 50 miles (I'm not sure if he even goes that far but give him a try) and you need a repair done to your home appliances...and I think electronics too...call Advanced Service Center to get you rolling again. Aaron came over to check my LG washer. Asked me to get some clothes to wash. He kept insisting something that is not pertaining to the problem that I have encountered while using the LG washer. So, in between our conversation and trying to explain what's going on with the washer, Aaron called LG rep. and asked if it's alright to wash one item. I said I have never ever washed one item. I don't want LG rep. to get the incorrect info. Besides, that's not issue why he came to service my washer. He doesn't listen nor pay attention to my concerns . He is RUDE! He left without completing his job! I was asking for his card and full name but he didn't provided it. He walked out!! I called Geek Squad and reported Aaron of his Rude customer service! read more

Called Fri Morning called returned by 5 pm appt set for following Mon 8-11to fix or washer.Arron was on time also gave a heads up im on way call, and was polite fast explained it to me and my wife ...then a few hours later called me back to check to see if we had used our washer and how everything was going ..... that was an A+++ in my book read more

This was a service call in 2014 - Aaron came to look at our broken freezer drawer. He told us the part was no longer made, and charged us $75 to find that out. No freezer use since then! Today, corporate office of LG says the part is available though distributers other than LG! Why didn't Aaron tell us that?? So frustrating! read more

Ive have been calling for the past 3 days and have not received an answer. My LG fridge does not work and LG assigned them to come take a look. I really need my fridge to work - i am spending alot of money on fast food because i cant cook due to my fridge being completely out . Someone finally picks up the phone and says "oh yes i know you, you have left messages - give me one second Im going to put you on hold" - then he hangs up. I'm thinking we got disconnected so I tried calling again and again and now no one picks up the phone. I just need my fridge to be fixed. I have never dealt with someone that is upset at me because I have left messages. I feel disrespected. LG is paying for everything so i dont understand why i cant just get this fixed. My washing machine was leaking water and i called around to get it serviced. Most places I called did not work on LG appliances. I found this place on yelp and decided to give them a call rather than going through Best buy, which is where we purchased it. Arron came out and fixed it.he noticed right away that it was off level and adjusted the legs and viola! No more leaking water. Glad it wasnt anything major but kinda stinks that was something so simple. Aaron was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. If I had other LG appliances , this would be the first place I call. LG sent Aaron out for a warranty service on our refrigerator and we could not be happier! From the first contact with Advanced to the end everything was explained to us what the issue was and fixed properly! Aaron even called later that night just to make sure everything was working great and no error code showed. You just do not get service like this in this day of do as little as you can! First time using Advanced Service Center and I'm SO glad I called them for repair of my LG refrigerator! Spoke with Aaron on the phone about the problem, he scheduled the appointment for the next morning. Aaron arrived promptly, diagnosed the problems, showed me where and why the parts had failed (6 years old) and had the parts with him to fix the problem. He tested everything to make sure all was in working order and cleaned up the area after it was done. He was friendly, professional and gave 5 star service! I called Advanced Service Center to repair a compressor that had gone out in my refrigerator. Aaron, the repair man came out, diagnosed the problem for $75. I was told by his wife (office manager) that if I had Aaron complete the work and replace the compressor the $75 I had already paid would go toward my next service call. When Aaron returned to fix it, he did not take the $75 off and charged me another $300. When I called to speak with his wife about getting my 75 back she became very rude with me and said "We don't do any bartering around here honey" I was shocked the way she was speaking to me! I didn't ask her to lower price, I just asked for my 75 back which is what she told me would happen if I let her husband complete the job. I was calm and respectful, I am a current business owner myself and would never dream of speaking to a customer in such a way. She then said very snidely "If you need me to hold on to your check for a couple days before I cash it because of insufficient funds I can do that." OMG!!!!! I wanted to jump through the phone. At that point I knew I was not getting anywhere with her because she knew absolutely NOTHING about customer service, I hung up the phone and will be sure NEVER to call them again, and letting everybody else know the same. read more
