No only is she no longer fearful of the dentist but she's had to have another unfortunate extraction that she breezed right through, as well as getting a spacer put in with no problems, because of the care and attention from Dr. Craik and his staff. When we moved to Walla Walla 2 years ago my daughters were very happy to find out he has an office here as well. It's never difficult to get an appointment and they're excellent about working with your schedule and calling if spots become available. He and his staff are all wonderful and I can't imagine taking my daughters anywhere else.

Their staff are irresponsible, inconsiderate, and downright rude to parents who express concerns or ask questions about treatment their children have received. They take no responsibility for any errors or misunderstandings and instead blame frustrated parents who have spent countless time and money trying to work with them. The office manager, Tiffany is rude and condones the same unprofessional behavior from her staff. I would AVOID this practice at all costs... unless you want to billed for procedures your child didn't have, told you don't have insurance when the error is on their end because their system is outdated, and blamed for any mistakes that their staff made and have your feelings of frustration dismissed and minimized. Honestly, my children have more etiquette and manners than members of their staff show.

Dr. Rhoten is fine for regular dental business, but I would advise against using him for a occlusal guard. I had regular jaw pain before, but I was in life altering chronic pain for months while trying out the guard and getting adjustments. Even though I shelled out hundreds on the piece I had to start using my old retainer piece just to function. He's a fine person and regular Dr., but please use caution in regard to jaw issues. I've been through a root canal with them, and I think they were pretty good about it, though I don't have any other experience to compare it with. Very personable, welcoming & warm in their demeanor. It's always easy to book appointments with them. We've come into the office before COVID and it was very lively.
