Received a call from the office the day prior to my sons appointment confirming the appointment. Then on the day of the appointment, I received another call saying the doctor decided he wasn't gonna be in that afternoon and wondered if I could come in earlier. This is the second time this has happened to me with this office. Will be taking my business elsewhere to an office that appreciates my business and respects my time.

What a load of horse crap! Advantage my @ss! These people SUCK! I should have had the fillings placed where I had my denture re made, after Advantage couldn't get it correct. My bad! They tell you appointments are scheduled but then the appointments just disappear. The receptionists / front desk employees are unable to give you explanations as to what has happened. I was fine using this dental office due to convenience but the lack of ability to get any information or schedule any appointments is complete BS. The Boardman office is better, and super friendly - the only issue is they don't have any dentists on staff.

Can't express enough how pleasant my visits are with Dr. Greg Jones. I have had to get some…read morefillings and a crown done and I was extremely worried about the painful shots, but he was FANTASTIC and the shots were almost painless!! He corrected fillings from another dentist in the front of my mouth and I feel much more confident smiling now; one happy lady! Friendly staff; clean and calm environment. He is a kind person too and let me know what he was doing each and every time which I really appreciated; highly recommend them to anyone.
