Then on the day of the appointment, I received another call saying the doctor decided he wasn't gonna be in that afternoon and wondered if I could come in earlier. They tell you appointments are scheduled but then the appointments just disappear. The receptionists / front desk employees are unable to give you explanations as to what has happened. I was fine using this dental office due to convenience but the lack of ability to get any information or schedule any appointments is complete BS. The Boardman office is better, and super friendly - the only issue is they don't have any dentists on staff.
