They did everything possible to make it a pleasant experience for my child. First she explained the pros and cons of different options but gave her expert opinion on the best option for my child. She walked me through the process of multiple cavities under sedation very carefully. Dr. Tercero answered our questions with patience and kindness when we were nervous about the procedure until I was comfortable. She knew my child and what was best for him, given his asthma.
