I couldn't get back to his office and had to find a new dentist. Selah Creek got me in that afternoon, literally in under 1 hr and were able to replace the crown with the new cubic zirconium NC machine produced tooth in one visit. I even got to watch the NC machine produce the tooth. As an engineer that was very interesting to witness on a tooth. Prisma was my dental tech and just a pleasure to chat with while I waited for the machine to finish. It was the most painless Crown I ever had done and I think it was less and 2.5 hrs start to finish. And no return appointment needed. It's not like I shopped around, but I think the cost was very reasonable. They're quite busy and yet squeezed me in and stayed late to finish.

Every filling came out within a year. One came out 3 weeks in a row!! 2 crowns came off within 8 months. This last tooth they told me needed a crown asap. This when I had, had enough and got my 2nd opinion. The new dentist's excuse for Dr. McKay is some dentists believe in "preventative maintenance." Its going on 4 years now and I still have not had any issues with the tooth Selah Creek said needed a crown. However, every tooth Selah Creek previously worked on has had to be redone. Not a single filling or crown has popped out of place with my new dentist. Personally I believe Dr. McKay is an opportunist. Its unfortunate so many dentists are like this these days

Not once did I sense any condescension from either of them, which I've noticed is common in the dental field. The front desk & dental assisting staff are awesome. Very personable, welcoming & warm in their demeanor. It's always easy to book appointments with them. We've come into the office before COVID and it was very lively. Perfect for little ones & lots to be entertained by, including a large fish tank in the waiting room. Everything looked clean, organized & new. This last visit was obviously amidst the pandemic & they were very good about booking patients in a way where social distance is no problem & theres minimal exposure to everyone. I will continue to bring my children here.

As someone who suffers from extreme anxiety even at the mention of going to a dentist, this place was great! They explained everything during the exam and even showed a short video explaining what is included in the exam. It was nice to know what to expect. I was then given an explanation of their findings and a treatment plan in order of importance which I really appreciated. They take insurance and care credit as well. My favorite thing is they have the Nitrous which will help my anxiety during the bigger procedures. That combined with their gentle and informative care made the experience top notch! I've already referred one of my employees here! I'm actually excited to get my pearly whites back in tip top shape! Thank you!

It was highly evident from the start that Dr. Palhegyi respects her staff, and that they respect her, and together they respect their customers. In fact, they go way beyond this in friendliness and cordiality. Like most, I am especially hesitant to trust dentists after having experienced quite a bit of less than stellar service in the past. Let me just say that Dr. Palhegyi won my trust from the very beginning. She is amazing in every way, from her chair-side manner to her expertise in selecting and using the most advanced equipment. I didn't really believe the idea of pain-free dentistry, but what they say was all true. I seriously did not even feel the injections. This is as pain-free as it is going to get.
