They did everything possible to make it a pleasant experience for my child. First she explained the pros and cons of different options but gave her expert opinion on the best option for my child. She walked me through the process of multiple cavities under sedation very carefully. Dr. Tercero answered our questions with patience and kindness when we were nervous about the procedure until I was comfortable. She knew my child and what was best for him, given his asthma. I felt that my child was in capable and caring hands. I would absolutely recommend Yakima Pediatric Dentistry to anyone looking for a high quality, hard working, and loving pediatric dentist. Not once did I sense any condescension from either of them, which I've noticed is common in the dental field. The front desk & dental assisting staff are awesome. Very personable, welcoming & warm in their demeanor. It's always easy to book appointments with them. We've come into the office before COVID and it was very lively. Perfect for little ones & lots to be entertained by, including a large fish tank in the waiting room. Everything looked clean, organized & new. This last visit was obviously amidst the pandemic & they were very good about booking patients in a way where social distance is no problem & theres minimal exposure to everyone. Second pair have been an issue since day one they dont listen to you at all. I went for a second opinion to be told they were not fitting properly and to go back to who made them to get another pair made. So I did and its been 2 months since my molds were made. My dentures have been ready since April 3rd but because they dont have a denturist for the pasco location they have to keep rescheduling me. This is effecting the quality of my life. And this month has been a year dealing with and not having dentures I can use to eat with has caused more unnecessary anxiety. I wont recommend this place to my worst enemy.
