I am extremely happy I did. He's very sincere and very experienced, making you feel assured that you're in good hands. He walks you through the process step by step very thoroughly so you know what to expect. My surgery was over in a blink. I could tell that my very overgrown wisdom teeth were carefully taken out and I was stitched up perfectly. You are given everything needed for the recovery process. She didn't make eye contact or make my presence known, she kept her head lowered and acted as if I wasn't there. 5 minutes go by and another girl next who was busy assisting a family had to tell her to help me. The whole time this girl had a bad attitude. Worst part is, turns out she forgot to mark my kids in. We were there waiting for an hour while others names were being called back. Luckily they were able to still see us, thanks to the nice girl next to the rude receptionist who was able to put us back in.

Second pair have been an issue since day one they dont listen to you at all. I went for a second opinion to be told they were not fitting properly and to go back to who made them to get another pair made. So I did and its been 2 months since my molds were made. My dentures have been ready since April 3rd but because they dont have a denturist for the pasco location they have to keep rescheduling me. This is effecting the quality of my life. And this month has been a year dealing with and not having dentures I can use to eat with has caused more unnecessary anxiety. I wont recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The dentures do not fit and are of absolutely no use. They protrude from my mouth and don't even look anything like my natural teeth. They look like costume teeth. So I have been one month with no teeth, no dentures that are wearable, and concerns about going forward with implants concerned that if they can't make dentures usable how will I get implants that fit and are done right. I have made no progress in getting my concerns addressed and am unable to eat or talk and no teeth. The Yakima office has been unresponsive and seem uninterested in working through my issues. Nw they have thousands of dollars for implant treatment and I am unable to seek services elsewhere. Do not trust your implant process to them. If things change I will update my review. The costumer care department has this far not been helpful.
