I spent a week on the couch and sometimes floor on painkillers because I think my jaw was broke. Before that It was probably 1982 since my last regular dentist visit. By the time I was 12 I'd had every tooth in my head drilled and filled. So i'm a little freaked out by going again. But I've broken a tooth on a Christmas cookie and know it needs fixed, pulled, sealed. I don't know. Dr. Winterton and his staff made me feel good about getting it taken care of and looked at the options. I went with a crown, which they make in house. My co-worker says he has to wait a week for it to be sent out and go back for another appointment. I had some other work done and you know, it wasn't bad. I'm a little sore, but I'll be back for regular cleanings, because I don't want them getting this bad again. He broke a very visible crown, while working on another tooth. The accident I can understand, even if I thought he was spending far too little time with each patient. His actions next are what I find deplorable! DDS Simper then dropped me as a patient, not because of something I did, or some unpaid bill. He dropped me as a patient because of something that he did, and he did not want to fix! Which is why I was forced to take legal action against DDS Simper, and Southridge Dental. Be warned loyalty to this dentists will not be returned, if it inconveniences him; BEWARE!!!
