Going to the dentist can be a source of anxiety on its own to begin with, so having rude staff when we arrived was a no go for our family. And it wasn't just our family that was treated this way, we witnessed the poor treatment of just about every other family that was checking in or out, as if those employees hate their jobs. I would AVOID this practice at all costs... unless you want to billed for procedures your child didn't have, told you don't have insurance when the error is on their end because their system is outdated, and blamed for any mistakes that their staff made and have your feelings of frustration dismissed and minimized.
