We saw PA Fakkel after waiting a long time! We rushed over to the pharmacy only to be told that the dosage on her amoxicillin was extremely incorrect. The pharmacist said he wouldn't even give it to his toddler but yet this provider prescribed it to my six month old baby. The pharmacist called the office only for it to be closed. The pharmacist was my angel and my saving grace. He had to re-calculate dosage based on her height and weight. Something that the provider should have done. Instead, I waited at the pharmacy with a screaming baby. I went to this urgent care because original pediatric urgent care was closed, at this rate I'd rather take my daughter to the ER and pay a higher deductible than risk an incorrect medication ever again.

My therapist has been Christina, who I've found to be professional, informative, and friendly to work with. I've had to bring two small children with me to my appointments for therapy--less than ideal! However, all clinicians at Monticello have been so wonderful and helpful with my tiny entourage each time I've had to bring them along. Ken offered earphones with my choice of music AND would give me a heads-up as to when each different noise was coming. Jessica is very efficient, was patient with me and didn't make me feel dumbwhen missed finishing filling out a form. Would definitely recommend them!!! Insurance…read morewould not approve an open MRI and my doctor had to jump through hoops to try and get me approved but they still denied the open MRI.....Pam said she is claustrophobic and understood my concerns and fears. She let me go in and out of the machine to give a "test" run to make sure I could do the tests... she also let my son (23 yrs old) hold my hand and showed him where the emergency escape button was so if I started to panic that he could get me out faster. My doctor prescribed me 3 Xanax to help calm me but those didn't help much..until after the procedure then I fell asleep while he went to get the car...
