He was calm, articulate, patient, empathetic to my high state of nervousness, and took time to explain the process to me in detail. He even offered to play music, so I asked to listen to his playlist - and it put me at ease. He slowly numbed the injection site until he could proceed with me being comfortable. I felt a slight pressure - nothing else - no pain at all, it was remarkable. Everyone told me it would be excruciatingly painful. It is my experience on 10/21/2025 with Dr. Hoang that he is the physician to request any such procedure. My deepest and most sincere thanks, Dr. Hoang.
