I had to fill out forms electronically when I arrived but was called back within five minutes upon completing the forms. I changed out of my clothes, wore the provided gown, went into a dark room, had a massive machine take pictures of my breasts, and that was it. I received my results within 3 business days. You can use both entrances, but if you use the parking garage, you have to ring the bell so they let you in. The have a snacks and coffee counter for you to raid when you are done with whatever it is you need. I had imaging with contrast, and so I wasn't supposed to eat before my appointment. I had a coffee and a snack before I left and a little bottle of water. When I had to come back to bring my imaging disc to my referring doctor, it was just a quick call and it was ready for me by the time I came to pick it up on my way,which was about 20 minutes! I am a DCC fan, so it was so cool to see a DCC name in the CT scan room (although unfortunate that she had to get a scan!) Whenever they have athletes in,they can sign the wall. I thought it was neat.

This time, I arrived more than 30 minutes early. At intake I was presented with a few forms to review and sign as well as the expected out-of-pocket expense. They took me back for my imaging after maybe a 5-minute wait in the reception area. I actually was out of there BEFORE my original appointment time! Technicians and staff were friendly and efficient. He was calm, articulate, patient, empathetic to my high state of nervousness, and took time to explain the process to me in detail. He even offered to play music, so I asked to listen to his playlist - and it put me at ease. He slowly numbed the injection site until he could proceed with me being comfortable. I felt a slight pressure - nothing else - no pain at all, it was remarkable. Everyone told me it would be excruciatingly painful. Four Stars for what I went through! My order for a diagnostic mammogram took weeks to process. Every time I called Solis, they swore they never got the fax from my PCP. My PCP swore Solis was the problem. Pointing fingers at each other caused me to make an in-person visits to both places to finally secured my appointment. Not great customer service. While sitting in the lobby for my appointment, a few patients started chatting -- turns out, they were in the same paperwork purgatory too. Outside the paperwork issues, every person I interacted with -- front desk, techs, and doctor -- was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. The actual care was excellent, even if the road to get there felt like running an obstacle course in flip-flops.

Please consider seeking care somewhere (literally anywhere) else. I have never received worse care…read morein my life. I am not basing this on one experience, but several. This last visit was the last straw however. Why did I keep going back? Well, it's usually the clinic I can be seen at same day and it's very close to my house, so while care has never been too high of quality here, being a busy mom, it usually suffices when I need a zpack or for minor issues. The provider saw me on Monday & told me to call back if I developed a fever. I did so I tried to call. The phone number listed was not the correct clinic, so I had to be rerouted. Twice. After 25 minutes on hold, I still did not get the correct location but the person who answered this time said they'd give the provider my message. 24 hours go by, no call back. I then get a text with a link for a follow up telehealth visit. So seeing as I'm sicker now, I take it. I wait for the visit the next day and log in. It is with a random provider at a different location and they apparently had no access to the provider's notes from Monday so it was like starting over. After me telling her how my symptoms have gotten worse, she informs me there's nothing she can do beyond cough medicine (what?) and to schedule an in-person appointment. Super, super frustrating. I understand telehealth visits have limitations but there was zero effort to examine me virtually and felt almost as if she was just trying to rush me off the phone. I did not feel heard or well-cared for as I have in other telehealth appointments elsewhere. There is a severe lack of quality of care here. They have clearly given up. Please do not waste your time or money at any of these branches. Legacy ER is next door and 100% the extra few bucks. Lesson learned!!

I told her on Midway. She said "ok" as if she knew which one. Never asked the address to confirm. It's off Preston and Frankford. Had I not double checked, I would've never known where she sent it. After hours of not being able to get my prescription at my pharmacy, sick in bed, im told then i can just come get the written prescription. Which I had asked for, prior to leaving. Poor front staff can truly ruin it for doctors. Staff prior, was totally different. Also, front lobby, dirty. Not a single water bottle in the fridge for patients, unlike prior visit. I had to reschedule my first x-ray appointment in Wylie because their equipment had broke down and they were able to reschedule me in Allen the same morning. When I checked in, the lady I worked with was in the far left corner and she was very polite. I had mentioned to her. I did not fill out the online check-in information and preferred to fill out paperwork and she said no problem. When I returned the paperwork to her, I mentioned to her that my birthdate was wrong. I then noticed the lady on my right. (Her name was Coy) spoke under her breath out loud and said ,"If you had filled out the online application, you would've noticed that." It was very flippant remark and with a snippy tone. She was working with another patient and I was taken back by what she had just done and I decided to speak up and advocate for myself, and I said, " Did she just talk under her breath about me ?" to the lady in front of me. And then Coy spoke up again said," oh I didn't mean to hurt your feelings," in which I then replied," you have not hurt my feelings, but you're behaving in a very unprofessional manner, and I can't believe you would be checking out this patient beside me and also be talking under your breath about me which has nothing to do with you." She tried to defend herself and I just walked away and sat down and waited for my x-ray. Once I'm called back, Tricia takes me back to the x-ray room and as she's getting things ready there's a knock on the door and Tricia opens the door and isn't surprised to see Coy at the door and let's her in. !!!!!!!!! Mind you I feel like I'm in a movie right now. It's the craziest thing! I look at Tricia. She doesn't look surprised and is avoiding eye contact with me so I'm thinking to myself, "Had Coy asked permission from Tricia to allow her to corner me in the x-ray room to talk to me again about the situation up front? It was crazy. Coy starts apologizing to me and states that I've misunderstood and she had no bad intention. I'm still freaking out that this is even happening and I look at Coy and I tell her that I didn't appreciate her talking about me under her breath when she wasn't even the person checking me in or taking my payment and she kept talking over me and she wouldn't let me finish my sentence. Tricia, the x-ray tech was just watching not doing anything about it not telling Coy to go away not protecting me as a patient and I finally had to raise my voice and tell Coy to get out of the room so I could get my x-rays completed. It was absolutely bizarre and frightening at the same time and I couldn't believe Coy had gone from the front desk to the x-ray room to talk to me about this when I'm trying to get an x-ray. I was so shaken up. It was very hard for me to go through the next 15 minutes of x-rays. I was so upset. I was on the verge of tears. It was horrible. I spoke to the manager Lauren afterwards and she was very kind to listen to my experience and she assured me that they would be escalating this to upper management and it would be taken care of. I have not heard from their office yet, but I hope this never happens to anyone else. It was truly traumatic and it made no sense.

It was a great experience from walking in the door; it's a welcoming office, clean, and the team is courteous, from booking the appointment to the actual visit! The "People in the back," Jason and Millie, who actually did the MRI, were very kind and communicative (every step of the way); they followed safety protocols (gloves, needle, etc.).
