Unfortunately, the nurse or aide tipped his 02 reader off his finger and caused a bad injury to his finger. It was very painful and the bandage was bloody by the time he got home. It was very painful and throbbing. We ended up back at this Urgent care facility where the doctor took excellent care of his finger and it was finally bandaged correctly. Kudos to this place!!! I don't recommend going to the ER at Texas Health Presbyterian in Plano and will file a report.
