Truly amazing experience would highly recommend they found stuff other doctors didn't find they make sure vitamins are on point

I called this office to make an appointment the front desk said I had to have a referral. I had mey Dr office call over the referral. I called office and they were quite rude and said that they did not get referral. My office called it in again and they still insisted that they did not get the referral when in fact they did because they sent me a text message saying that they did receive the referral. Then they proceeded to say that I had to fill out the patient portal in order to make the appointment which I did. At this point they said that they would make me an appointment to my acknowledge the appointment was for a video chat this is not what I wanted . I called the office and told them that I did not want to do a video chat that I wanted to come in for an appointment to be seen they said this is how our office does it you have to have a video conference first . This is ridiculous don't ever go here I canceled my appointment sorry I ever tried izf this is how they handle new patients I'm not interested. read more

I am a previous patient to Dr Strobel and her associate. I'm leaving this review now because at the time this Yelp didn't exist. Very very poor bedside manner. I explained to the associate that I had had intimacy issues with some of my anatomy (choice wording due Yelp guidelines). The doctor LAUGHED and asked if I had been too rough with myself. It was not only embarrassing but also very unnerving that she showed no empathy. I was able to get help elsewhere with a physical therapist that professionally helped me. I reluctantly returned at a later visit where I was examined by Dr Strobel herself. I explained that for several weeks I had been experiencing some pain. She looked at me, annoyed, and said, "That's it?". These people should not be looking after patients. I have never returned since. read more

I had an appointment with Dr. Strobels office and when I showed up was told I had already missed my appointment. I am a registered nurse and was mortified when I was told to go away. I can appreciate that miscommunications happen. They said my appointment had been for earlier in the day. I am about to run out of my prescription, the appointment was to go over lab results and make adjustments to my medication and leave able to go get a refill. I traveled over an hr to go to this office bc I felt it was a good fit for me but after this experience and being turned away when I NEED my prescription filled I will not go back. read more

As a former established patient of Lee Fisher, PA-C for many years, I can say she is a knowledgeable and thorough clinician. I have remained her patient for these reasons in spite of moving an hour away. Negatives: They have inconvenient hours. They book appointments a month out The front desk will take a message for the nurse but you often won't get a call back until the next day On my way to my last appointment I got behind some traffic and tried to call them but didn't get an answer. I was 20 minutes late for the very first time-I'm usually early. I live an hour away. I'm an in and out patient. They made minimal attempt without success to keep my appointment or even squeeze me in The verdict: if you already have to take off work because of their limited hours, or have a distance to drive, you better hope you don't get behind traffic. They won't make exceptions. If you have a question for the nurse they don't attempt to locate her for you. Even if you are a solid patient of 7 years. read more

I have amazing insurance that doesn't require me to have a referral, yet I had a referral. I have called several times over the last few weeks attempting to get an appointment with Dr. Strobel. I have been told, several times, once she reviews my labs, I'll be able to make an appointment. I find it absolutely ridiculous that two week later, I still have yet to have an appointment nor the courtesy of a return call. Poor service from Dr. Strobel & staff. read more

I have never had a worse experience at a Dr office. No bed side manner whatsoever. I had an IUD placed, I found it very uncomfortable. However, rather than make the procedure less uncomfortable the person doing it got frustrated, spoke sternly, then just finished. Will never go back to this office. read more
