Had them come out at the beginning of summer when my AC went out. They came out right away and gave me a good quote and they realized the broken part was under warranty and order me a new one and install it for a great price. Would highly recommend them they do great work and are very honest about pricing. read more

Great Company to deal with. Good people, great service time and very competitive pricing.

I manage an Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Temecula and our air went out in the middle of a HOT summer day! Being full capacity with patients I called every place I could for emergency air repair. Not a single place even called me back, other than Advance Heating and Air. Denise, the office manager worked with me to squeeze me in knowing we had fur patients needing her help. I had an issue getting the access code from the property management to access the air units, so Denise rescheduled me to a later time (which I asked her to do) again accommodating my needs even though they were fully booked. Our owner ended up using our usual air conditioning place (whos name I won't speak of because I'm not happy with them) so I can't speak of Advanced Heating and Airs actual service on the air, but if it's anything like their customer service I'm sure they are great! I will call Advance Heating and Air FIRST should I ever need air conditioning services in the future. read more

Just got my first AC service today. Outstanding honest tech and going forward this is my AC company. I would strongly recommend that you use them too. Thanks and looking forward to winter service. read more

Saved our lives today! Last night we noticed air was only fan and not cool. Panic! It's scheduled to be 105 today! We were thinking of moving pets and hotels but they quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue at a fair price. I would strongly recommend Advanced Heating and Air to anyone! Don't waste time with any other company. read more

Our A/C unit went out during triple digit weather, we called Advanced the next day at 7:00 am and someone actually answered the phone. Steve was at our house by 9 am and fixed the A/C. We also have another A/C unit on the other end of the house and Steve cleaned it for us free of charge. Great business!! read more

I had Dan and Mike come out to my property to provide an evaluation for a property i was selling. These guys were great! They came in and provided an honest and accurate summary of why my unit was giving a negative split reading that i provided to my buyer. Friendly, honest, hardworking individuals that i will recommend over and over again. Thanks to the both of you for all your help . read more

Daniel at Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning helped me out of a HUGE bind and I am so glad that I found these guys. I'm a realtor and had a house that was in escrow. Buyers had an inspection and during the inspection, it was discovered that the AC wasn't operating efficiently. Prior to calling Advanced Heating, I called another AC company and the guy told me that the AC needed a brand new condensor and sent me an estimate for $1800. He also said that the condensor was completely blown. I was a bit skeptic, and found his prognosis odd. Not that I'm an AC expert or anything. Its just that the house was vacant and the AC had been working a few days earlier (albeit "inefficient") and the AC had been off ever since. How did it go out??Wanting a 2nd opinion, I called Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning. I called the number on Yelp. Got ahold of Daniel and explanied the situation to him. He came out the same day. BTW, this was the Saturday before Father's day and it was hot as heck. Daniel told me that the condensor was fine, but that the condensor wire had come loose and that it needed a 2 lbs of coolant. I think there was a $75 fee because it was considered a holiday weekend, but I was willing to pay it. TOTAL cost for the service and the coolant was $250 and we were done the same day. Nowhere near the $1800 that the other guy quoted. I was thrilled, and both the buyer and my seller were thrilled. Daniel quite possibly saved the real estate transaction. Thanks Daniel!! I will definitely be using you guys in the future and recommend you to all of my clients. read more

Jeff and Greg came out on short notice right on time. After trouble shooting the problem they were able to fix the AC unit on this hot summer day. They were both extremely respectful of my home and also worked quietly while my little baby was sleeping. Definitely 2 gentleman i would recommend to take care of your HVAC needs. If i decide to upgrade my unit i will definitely call them back out. Plus it's always great to support a local business. read more

Professional and friendly service. I would recommend to my friends and family. They were able to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions quickly. I am enjoying my new AC and the 10 year parts and labor warranty. Thanks. read more

So I've been waiting for the last FOUR HOURS for the A/C guy from ADVANCED HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING to show up. After 3 hours, I called him and he claimed he had no appointments this morning. He then said he was away from his appointment book, so he'd call me back. A half-hour went by with no return call, so I called back. He then claimed someone called and canceled my appointment! He asked me if maybe it was my wife. Considering she didn't know about it (it was supposed to be a surprise) that wasn't the reason. If you're going to flake on a paying customer, man up and say you screwed up! I lost a day of pay because of their error. AVOID ADVANCED HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING AT ALL COSTS! read more

Daniel and Micheal were very professional and I believe they weren't out just to get a new work order. They gave me suggestions to solve my problem and these suggestions did not cost me anything. The suggestion did not work as planned but it was a good try before spending lots of money. I am giving them another call to see what step 2 is and if it resolves my issue. For this visit I give them a trusting 5 stars. I have faith they will provide fair and sincere service for part 2. read more

A very easy company to work with! I am an hour away from my rental, but Steve took care of everything, including calling my tenant to set the appointment, and emailing me an invoice to pay so I didn't have to drive all the way to Temecula just to bring him a check. My tenant says the AC is cooling much better now after Steve's maintenance call. Not only was he the lowest priced for a maintenance call, but his messages to me were very detailed, and I really got the impression he cares about his business' reputation and first impression. Very satisfied. read more

I have used Advanced Heating and Air twice now and I love them! They're prompt, professional, affordable, and explain everything that they do. Both times I have called, they were able to fit me in asap. My first service was during the summer time and my AC was GONE!! I worked nights and slept during the day. It's miserable sleeping in a hot house. Advanced Heating came to my rescue and Steve battled the black widows and fixed the AC unit! He even cleaned the unit so it will work better. My last service involved duct repair that was in the attic. I was unable to see the work that was done, but Kelly took pictures and sent them to me! This was especially helpful because we're in escrow selling our house and the home inspector took pictures in his report requesting repair. It will be nice to have an invoice and pictures to give the buyers to prove repair. I recommend them to all my friends and family! read more

Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning is a super honest company and provides excellent service! Danny and Mike came out the day after I called and quickly had my A/C working again. They figured out the problem within an hour. I really appreciated the multiple options they gave me to fix the unit which saved me a considerable amount money. Folks like that are hard to find these days - I highly recommend them. read more

This Company is awesome! They got me in on the same day that I called. I thought I needed a new unit, they informed me that I only needed boosters. That saved me a ton of money. Very professional, and informative. I highly recommend this company, and they have earned my business for all my HVAC needs. Very honest and didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary. Very pleased! read more

Great service start to finish! Denise was able to get a tech out same day to take a look at our a/c. Danny & Mike showed up on time, was professional, quick to diagnose the issue, and laid out our options. I made an appointment to install a new a/c unit next day and Danny showed up with his crew on time, replaced our unit in less time than expected, cleaned up after themselves, and were on their way. House is nice and cool now. Highly recommended! read more

I had an awesome experience with Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning out of Temecula. Air wasn't blowing cold and tomorrow it will be in the 90s. I called after 5PM. Steve not only diagnosed the problem in 3 minutes, he fixed it in 10. Without getting over charged. Same day service? Yup. He even asked his wife to postpone dinner for 20 minutes to make it to our house before heading home after a 15 hour day. Amazed and thankful. read more

Called last minute on the hottest day of the year and they came, had my AC repaired in less than 30 minutes! Professional and very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend them!! read more

Although it was only a breaker that was wrong with my AC (my fault for not checkin all the dang breakers), these guys came out quick and were on time. It was no nonsense. They quickly diagnosed the issue, collected the insurance payment of $60 bucks and were on their way. Steve and another guy were the ones that came out. After two unsatisfactory experiences with Rollin Air, I was happy and would use again. Seemed professional and honest. The only way to be if you want repeat business and recommendations by reviews/word of mouth. read more

Daniel and Michael were great today. I called for service and they had them to my house the same day, really within a couple of hours. They explained everything after accessing the problem, before doing any work and gave me the pricing at that time too so I was able to make an informed decision. I know they could have over charged me or told me I needed things I didnt need but they didn't and performed quality work. We will definitely call them again to service our units and not wait until we need someone immediately. I would recommend them to everyone. read more

If you ever need any work done on your Air Conditioning (or Heating) you need to call these guys. The most honest and up front company that you'll find anywhere and it helps that they are out here in the Temecula Murrieta Valley. We called several different companies that were double the cost and who tried to upsell everything even though it wasn't needed and without even inspecting our system. We chose AHAC and had an excellent experience providing exactly what was needed at a price that was unbeatable. No hidden costs and no surprises doing exactly what I requested and not trying to upsell me for things that weren't required. These guys are the real deal you won't be let down. We also had our thermostat's replaced with the Ecobee3 which they recommended and we couldn't be happier!! read more

These guys are the BEST! We had 3 different companies quote us on a new HVAC system. Not only was Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning the most reasonable but they were the most knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sell us on things we didn't need like the other companies and were able to get everything installed very quickly. Definitely Recommend! read more

Came to do an AC check as requested. Arrived in time frame as set. Efficient. Provided some options i.e. Add freedom which would be a bit expensive but due to age of AC unit also gave option to not do anything at this time. Also provided some pricing on new unit but did push or pressure. If we were ready to purchase a new unit, I would choose this company. read more

The guys from Advanced heating and AC are the best around. Super fair prices with fast responce even on a horribly hot day. I looked this company up and saw all the great reviews. I thought at first it was unbelievable. I called and got an appointment to service my AC. Daniel and Michael came out. The nicest, professional and honest young men representing what must come down from the owner, Steve. It was a bummer but I knew it was time-- and my AC units needed replacement. It was ordered and the two same gentlemen came out to install. Their work is impeccable. They installed and cleaned up after them. The only way you knew they were there was the new units. I like that this company has remembered rule #1 - Customer Service. And they are local and they are a "mom & pop" and we need to support our local small businesses! read more

My air-conditioning in my house would not spark on.. I called my home warranty and they sent two different companies to figure out my problem, they could not figure out what was going on.. Their solution was to have a metal wire coming from my attic down to my air conditioning unit outside.. I was very disheartened when I heard this news because I didn't want any wires sticking out from my attic and hanging on my walls.. Their technicians told me that was the only way it would work.. I panicked and for peace of mind I hired advanced heating air to come take a look at it. Daniel from advanced heating and air arrived today at my house he did some testing in the attic and in the unit outside .. He tried several methods to get the air conditioning unit to work and finally he figured it out and it worked again ... I was so happy that Daniel figured it out.. I was also even more happy that I wasn't going to have any wire sticking out from my attic down to my air-conditioning unit it would've looked so ugly.. Thank you Daniel and advanced heating and air for your professionalism and your expertise. I will definitely call you guys again if I have a problem again read more

I found Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning on Yelp. After reading the outstanding reviews, I chose them to help me with 'balancing' the heating and cooling in different rooms and improve airflow. Danny arrived on time and went right to work inspecting our current system. He made his diagnosis of our problem, explained what was happening(with a drawing) and his recommended fix. My original fear was either an extensive re-ducting or perhaps a zone cooling system installation, very pricey from previous experience. Danny's recommendation was to install a damper in the ducting and adjust to balance the airflow. A simple cost-effective solution that took care of my problem! With the savings from what I had feared I was going to pay, I had Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning install a QuietCool whole house fan when I scheduled the repair. Danny and his crew showed up on time ready to work and they went right to it. The technicians were friendly and courteous. They took the time to protect the carpet from debris and, when the job was finished, they cleaned up any remnants of their work, asked if there was anything else they could do for me and departed. Wow! I'm impressed! I highly recommend Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again for all my HVAC needs. Thank you Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning ! read more

WOW! My a/c broke down and it was 93 at night. I called and Steve just happened to be coming my way to check on a job. Well he came by and this guy was good. He said I think I know what your problem is and he went and checked the circuit breaker box then to the backyard and sure enough it was exactly what he thought it was. Well in no time he had it up and running. I will never call another a/c guy again. Advanced Heating and Air has my business for good. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Our heater began cycling on/off before getting to temperature. We called were greeted tremendously professionally and courteously by Denise - got us scheduled for Fri, she called and said they could come today! Awesome. Danny and Mike showed up and were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Like many homeowners we feared the worst but hoped it wasn't too serious. Danny and Mike told us exactly what was going on, turned out to be relatively simple fix which they handled straight away. They even provided suggestions that we could implement with our usage, filter types, etc., to reduce our burden on the system and potentially our G&E bill. Though our units are old, I know who I'm calling from now on. This is exactly how every service company should treat their customers. A+ experience, please contact them without any reservations, you'll be in excellent hands, as were we. read more
