A very easy company to work with! I am an hour away from my rental, but Steve took care of everything, including calling my tenant to set the appointment, and emailing me an invoice to pay so I didn't have to drive all the way to Temecula just to bring him a check. The most honest and up front company that you'll find anywhere and it helps that they are out here in the Temecula Murrieta Valley. So I've been waiting for the last FOUR HOURS for the A/C guy from ADVANCED HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING to show up. After 3 hours, I called him and he claimed he had no appointments this morning. He then said he was away from his appointment book, so he'd call me back. A half-hour went by with no return call, so I called back. He then claimed someone called and canceled my appointment! He asked me if maybe it was my wife. Considering she didn't know about it (it was supposed to be a surprise) that wasn't the reason. Steve not only diagnosed the problem in 3 minutes, he fixed it in 10. Without getting over charged. Same day service? Yup. I have used Advanced Heating and Air twice now and I love them! They're prompt, professional, affordable, and explain everything that they do. Both times I have called, they were able to fit me in asap. My first service was during the summer time and my AC was GONE!! I worked nights and slept during the day. It's miserable sleeping in a hot house. Advanced Heating came to my rescue and Steve battled the black widows and fixed the AC unit! He even cleaned the unit so it will work better. My last service involved duct repair that was in the attic. I was unable to see the work that was done, but Kelly took pictures and sent them to me! This was especially helpful because we're in escrow selling our house and the home inspector took pictures in his report requesting repair. It will be nice to have an invoice and pictures to give the buyers to prove repair. I recommend them to all my friends and family! read more

They explained everything after accessing the problem, before doing any work and gave me the pricing at that time too so I was able to make an informed decision. Provided some options i.e. Add freedom which would be a bit expensive but due to age of AC unit also gave option to not do anything at this time. Although it was only a breaker that was wrong with my AC (my fault for not checkin all the dang breakers), these guys came out quick and were on time. It was no nonsense. They quickly diagnosed the issue, collected the insurance payment of $60 bucks and were on their way. Steve and another guy were the ones that came out. My air-conditioning in my house would not spark on.. I called my home warranty and they sent two different companies to figure out my problem, they could not figure out what was going on.. Their solution was to have a metal wire coming from my attic down to my air conditioning unit outside.. I was very disheartened when I heard this news because I didn't want any wires sticking out from my attic and hanging on my walls.. Their technicians told me that was the only way it would work.. I panicked and for peace of mind I hired advanced heating air to come take a look at it. Daniel from advanced heating and air arrived today at my house he did some testing in the attic and in the unit outside .. He tried several methods to get the air conditioning unit to work and finally he figured it out and it worked again ... I was so happy that Daniel figured it out.. I was also even more happy that I wasn't going to have any wire sticking out from my attic down to my air-conditioning unit it would've looked so ugly.. I looked this company up and saw all the great reviews. I thought at first it was unbelievable. I called and got an appointment to service my AC. Daniel and Michael came out. The nicest, professional and honest young men representing what must come down from the owner, Steve. It was a bummer but I knew it was time-- and my AC units needed replacement. It was ordered and the two same gentlemen came out to install. Their work is impeccable. They installed and cleaned up after them. The only way you knew they were there was the new units. I found Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning on Yelp. After reading the outstanding reviews, I chose them to help me with 'balancing' the heating and cooling in different rooms and improve airflow. Danny arrived on time and went right to work inspecting our current system. He made his diagnosis of our problem, explained what was happening(with a drawing) and his recommended fix. My original fear was either an extensive re-ducting or perhaps a zone cooling system installation, very pricey from previous experience. Danny's recommendation was to install a damper in the ducting and adjust to balance the airflow. A simple cost-effective solution that took care of my problem! With the savings from what I had feared I was going to pay, I had Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning install a QuietCool whole house fan when I scheduled the repair. Danny and his crew showed up on time ready to work and they went right to it. The technicians were friendly and courteous. They took the time to protect the carpet from debris and, when the job was finished, they cleaned up any remnants of their work, asked if there was anything else they could do for me and departed. Our heater began cycling on/off before getting to temperature. We called were greeted tremendously professionally and courteously by Denise - got us scheduled for Fri, she called and said they could come today! Awesome. Danny and Mike showed up and were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Like many homeowners we feared the worst but hoped it wasn't too serious. WOW! My a/c broke down and it was 93 at night. I called and Steve just happened to be coming my way to check on a job. Well he came by and this guy was good. He said I think I know what your problem is and he went and checked the circuit breaker box then to the backyard and sure enough it was exactly what he thought it was.
