I don't typically write Yelp reviews, but I just wanted to share my experience with Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning today. My upstairs unit was not working and Danny and Mike came out to repair. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They resolved the issue in a timely manner. My a/c unit is up and running like a champ! The prices are reasonable, but most importantly the technicians were HONEST! It's hard to find that trait with a lot of contractors / repair places. These guys are incredible. Needed a unit replaced. Danny and Matt came out and did the install. They were professional, efficient & friendly. No pressuring for sales. Great experience. And then it gets even better. Decided since I had a new AC unit, I should probably install the Nest thermostat that I've been avoiding since the holidays. (I'm not all that handy around the house). Finally got the install done and...nothing. So I called Steve and figured I would leave a message requesting a call to schedule someone to come out and "undo" my mess. Steve answered. On a Saturday. From a family function. WOW! Even better, he offered to FaceTime with me and walk me through some troubleshooting while looking at what I was looking at. After a few minutes on the phone with Steve, he had identified the problem and told me how to fix it. These guys are the real deal. World class company!!! read more

Wow, what great professional service, and on time. I had an appointment set up with WC air conditioning for a week in advance,the last minute they wanted to c change the date. I decided to give to give Advanced heating and air A try. They Took my appointment on Wednesday arrived on Thursday, 15 minutes early and completed the work in under a half hour! Two technicians, one servicing the unit in the attic the other servicing the outside unit... clean friendly and a very positive experience. I highly recommend you give them a try! read more

You really don't appreciate your central heating until it doesn't work. Dan and Mike identified the issue fairly quickly but unfortunately the igniter-part was delayed in shipping. Once in, the part was replaced and boom--it worked again! Professional, local, reasonable price, and excellent work. read more

They scheduled a visit the same day I called, and were here in a few hours. (Another highly rated company on Yelp that I called could only schedule an appointment 7 days out.) We had previously called Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning to service our conditioning unit last year. We were very satisfied with their service! Unfortunately, about a week ago, our 14 year old air conditioner broke. Again, we called this fabulous company, and they came out to install a new unit. We are so pleased with their workmanship! The crew (Danny,Cramer, Matthew, and Gregory) were superb! This is the "A-TEAM" of technicians to fix any problem you might have with your conditioner. We loved these guys! Let me start off by saying I'm a 68 year old guy who does his homework before making big $$$ purchases. My old condenser and furnace were about 20 years old. I googled several heating and air companies and decided to go with Advanced Heating and Air a week ago. Their response was quick and they gave me a quote that I could live with. I had lots of questions and concerns and Dan and his crew reassured me that I was purchasing an a/c unit & furnace with the best warranty. They arrived on time and told me it would be an 8 hour job and it was. They covered all their work area and cleaned up. Watch these folks. I understand a high markup for truck parts. You're paying them to have them on hand which always brings a premium upward of 200%. I wouldn't even balk at 500% for a non common part (which this was not). I was charged $229 for a part I can't find anywhere for more that $16 which puts this at a whopping 1400% markup. The technician was prompt, personal and fixed it within 30 min for a $368 bill. Maybe it is not abnormal for the industry but I felt just a little taken advantage of. read more

They came out right away and gave me a good quote and they realized the broken part was under warranty and order me a new one and install it for a great price. I manage an Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Temecula and our air went out in the middle of a HOT summer day! Being full capacity with patients I called every place I could for emergency air repair. Not a single place even called me back, other than Advance Heating and Air. Denise, the office manager worked with me to squeeze me in knowing we had fur patients needing her help. I had an issue getting the access code from the property management to access the air units, so Denise rescheduled me to a later time (which I asked her to do) again accommodating my needs even though they were fully booked. Our owner ended up using our usual air conditioning place (whos name I won't speak of because I'm not happy with them) so I can't speak of Advanced Heating and Airs actual service on the air, but if it's anything like their customer service I'm sure they are great! I will call Advance Heating and Air FIRST should I ever need air conditioning services in the future. read more

Daniel at Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning helped me out of a HUGE bind and I am so glad that I found these guys. I'm a realtor and had a house that was in escrow. Buyers had an inspection and during the inspection, it was discovered that the AC wasn't operating efficiently. Prior to calling Advanced Heating, I called another AC company and the guy told me that the AC needed a brand new condensor and sent me an estimate for $1800. He also said that the condensor was completely blown. I was a bit skeptic, and found his prognosis odd. Not that I'm an AC expert or anything. Its just that the house was vacant and the AC had been working a few days earlier (albeit "inefficient") and the AC had been off ever since. How did it go out??Wanting a 2nd opinion, I called Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning. I called the number on Yelp. Got ahold of Daniel and explanied the situation to him. He came out the same day. BTW, this was the Saturday before Father's day and it was hot as heck. Daniel told me that the condensor was fine, but that the condensor wire had come loose and that it needed a 2 lbs of coolant. I think there was a $75 fee because it was considered a holiday weekend, but I was willing to pay it. TOTAL cost for the service and the coolant was $250 and we were done the same day. Nowhere near the $1800 that the other guy quoted. I was thrilled, and both the buyer and my seller were thrilled. Daniel quite possibly saved the real estate transaction. Thanks Daniel!! Our A/C unit went out during triple digit weather, we called Advanced the next day at 7:00 am and someone actually answered the phone. Steve was at our house by 9 am and fixed the A/C. We also have another A/C unit on the other end of the house and Steve cleaned it for us free of charge. Great business!! read more
