We have a 17 year old house that previous owner's dogs and kids had damaged outdoor condensers. Every year we hoped that we would get thru the hottest times. This year we got three quotes and after much research into brands we went with Ryan at Advanced. They even went so far to give us three different possibilities! They even found evidence of termites and told us. They were here on scheduled day and started working on time. The guys worked as a team and were very polite and cleaned up both days. Now we can hardly hear the heater come on and the test on AC was so quiet that I had to get next to condensers to hear them! Great job! And thanks to Denise who helped get it all scheduled!! read more

Advanced Heating and AC has some of the best technicians! They were here the same day I called (About 107 degrees that day) and were able to diagnose and fix the problem in about 45 min - after checking and rechecking everything. They gave me honest information about the life of my AC unit, were very professional, honest and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

My A/C unit died after 45 years. Yes 1971 installation. Danny and Mike came out for diagnostic where I then received the DOA news about the old girl. No surprise really. I called Advanced due to the many recent great reviews on Yelp. They performed a complete new install. Danny, Mike, Jeff, Mike #2. Four guys, 2 trucks. They teamed up and did an amazing job. I really appreciated the attention to detail and concern for cleanliness. They are professionals, answered all of my pointed questions with solid explanations. Even explained the fine art and importance of balancing the freon in a system. They use quality American made components for years of trouble free service. Steve gave me a coupon discount too. Pricing was fair and competitive. Thanks for the great work guys! I'm sure Steve will buy you lunch! read more

4 years ago we contacted this company for an AC problem we were having. They came and made necessary repairs and we loved them. Fast forward to 2021, we found that we needed to replace our whole system. We knew exactly who to call! We had to have our AC/Furnace systems completely replaced and these guys AGAIN, we're amazing! Fair pricing and quick instillation! They got the job done in 4 hours and were so efficient. Talk about "divide and concur!" 4 men showed up and I could have sworn there were at least 12 of them! They worked so quickly and no one stopped moving the entire time. They were also incredibly sweet to all of us. Having people in your home on a busy work/homeschool day is never convent but they made it so relaxed and easy for us to go about our normal business. One piece (a return) hadn't come in yesterday when they were doing all the work, but they came early this morning with the piece to finish the job. It literally took them 5 minutes. They were all so nice and made a potentially stressful day completely relaxed. They explained everything to us and even took a moment to explain to our 5 year old son how the vents worked! So sweet! I HIGHLY recommend these guys!!! It's always hard to spend a big chunk of money, but we know we now have a quality product that will last us for years to come. They also said several times that if we have any issues or questions or need help to just give them a call! I HIGHLY recommend this company. We are so happy with them. Ps. Denise- you are the sweetest!!!!! Thanks for everything! read more

The dog had chewed through some wiring and the A/C was not working. I called Advanced Heating and Air and made an appointment for the next day. This is our second contact with Advanced Heating and A/C, but our first install. We contacted them last year for a quote and were grateful for their honesty in telling us our attic was too small for a whole house fan. After purchasing our new home, we contacted them again for a quote. Theirs was the best price we were given. They showed up on time, were finished in less than an hour, and left our home clean and tidy with no mess to clean up. The whole house fan pulls a nice cool breeze throughout our home. The technicians explained thoroughly how to use the system and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend Advanced Heating and A/C. This is our go-to A/C company. read more

Danny was a great, honest. I called him out because my I believed my AC needed a charge. He could of B.S. me but instead he was honest and let me know there's nothing wrong other than an outdated system. Thats hard to find these day! Definitely will use them to upgrade my old system read more

These guys were great! I have been trying for months to get someone to do a maintenance check on my A/C system and I couldn't get anyone to call me back or schedule a visit. They were extremely responsive and I was able to schedule something quickly that worked within my schedule. Daniel was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my system was working correctly. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which I always appreciate. They will definitely be my first call when I need a major repair and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. read more

I don't normally leave reviews but this company provided EXCEPTIONAL service. I sent a message on yelp around 8:30am and had an appt by 10:30am the same day. Danny and Mike were super professional, friendly, worked quickly, and didn't try and sell us anything we didn't need. The cost for repair was very reasonable as well. I'd HIGHLY recommend these guys if you have an issue with your air conditioner! We will be recommending them to everyone we know. read more

Did not care for the fact that they would not break down the labor and parts for a job. Won't be using them again! The response below is simply not true. I contacted the company to ask for a breakdown of parts and labor. I didn't know at the time that they pass on travel time and insurance. Since I am the one who called them I would have never turned down getting the information I was seeking!! We also did not ask for an emergency appt. We were willing to wait until Wednesday when the office called us to tell us that they had men available 30 mins away. Their interpretation of the story in inaccurate. read more

Advanced Heating & Air has been to our house on multiple occasions for maintenance. All employees I've met are super friendly, happy and have resolved all issues. This last time, Danny went above and beyond to come out and make sure our heat was fixed before the cold weekend! Denise is always friendly and prompt on the phone too. I would highly recommend this service. :) read more

Advanced heating and air conditioning is truly the best company. My father's very old heating and air system stopped working right before he fell sick and went to the hospitaI. I found this company on yelp and called in and left a message. Denise called me right back and was friendly, informative, and understanding. I needed my dad's heating and air back up and running when he came back from the hospital. Denise was able to set us up the same day!! Danny and Cramer were waiting at my dad's house for me to arrive. They found the problem within minutes and fixed it!!! They didn't overcharge us or try to sell us something we didn't need. I was beyond impressed with Danny and Cramer's knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. The entire service call was amazing. Eventually we want, and need, to replace the system, they gave me a great quote with military discount. We will hire them to replace my father's system. Overall, this is a tremendous company. I highly recommend them to everyone. There is no need to even call another company. And ask for Danny and Cramer, they are great!!! read more

I called Steve after he did our repair because I thought there was a problem. He was responsive and kind. He walked me through a diagnosis of the situation and I realized there was no problem. He wanted to make sure the work was done right and everything was operating correctly (which it was.) read more

Technically not a customer yet....But sooooooo impressed with Advanced Heating and Air. After noticing what I thought was a leaking ac issue I called to have them come out and check. My call was answered right away. Super friendly service. Scheduled a same day appointment for 3-5. The owner was at my door at 3pm. He took a quick look and determined it was definitely not an ac issue but rather a plumbing one. He gave me a referral for a reputable plumber and drywall repair. So professional and great business practice. I'll definitly be calling if/when we have future ac issues. Thank you! read more
