4 years ago we contacted this company for an AC problem we were having. They came and made necessary repairs and we loved them. Fast forward to 2021, we found that we needed to replace our whole system. We knew exactly who to call! We had to have our AC/Furnace systems completely replaced and these guys AGAIN, we're amazing! Fair pricing and quick instillation! They got the job done in 4 hours and were so efficient. Talk about "divide and concur!" 4 men showed up and I could have sworn there were at least 12 of them! They worked so quickly and no one stopped moving the entire time. They were also incredibly sweet to all of us. Having people in your home on a busy work/homeschool day is never convent but they made it so relaxed and easy for us to go about our normal business. One piece (a return) hadn't come in yesterday when they were doing all the work, but they came early this morning with the piece to finish the job. It literally took them 5 minutes. They were all so nice and made a potentially stressful day completely relaxed. They explained everything to us and even took a moment to explain to our 5 year old son how the vents worked! So sweet! I contacted the company to ask for a breakdown of parts and labor. I didn't know at the time that they pass on travel time and insurance. Great service I had some paper stuck in the coils of my unit in the attic I had some other company come to my house telling me that I needing a new fan and I may have mold in the coils they wanted to charge me 5,800 to clean the mold put a U.V. light and fix the fan. Danny and Mike came over look at my system and say I did not need to replace the fan they cleaned the paper and cleaned the coils so they made sure there was no mold, and they save me a lot of money. I hired Advanced Heating & Air to clean my dryer air ducts, because my dryer had a part that continued to burn out because of a clogged air duct. Steve and Danny arrived the time promised and brought a camera to place into the dryer air duct...what a proficient way to guarantee their work; incredible. They not only rechecked their previous work for free, but they also checked a few other things on the dryer; wow! I called Advanced Heating & Airconditioning because my A/C was not working. I assumed the drainage was clogged and needed to be cleared which is a common problem with A/C units cutting off. I was able to have Danny and Mike come out the next business day to assess the problem. First let me same these guys are very professional and courteous. They investigated and quickly saw the problem. It was not a clogged pipe, it was an Installation problem. What I like about these two gentlemen is they were honest professionals. They could have fixed the issue and charged me, instead they gave me professional advice by telling me to call my builder or home warranty. I called my builder on the spot since my home is fairly new, what made this experience even smoother is that Danny offered to speak to the builder to clarify his findings, which in turn saved me quite a bit of money.
