David at Advanced Garage Doors was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to repair our garage door when every other company told us we needed a full replacement. David was honest, knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, and didn't overcharge us. He fixed the issue and provided exceptional service from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the experience and will definitely be using Advanced Garage Doors for all of our future garage door needs. Highly recommend David and this company! read more

My daughter accidently ran my car into my garage door! Advanced was the 1st to respond, the first to show up, the first to offer assistance. Nick showed up bright an early the day after I called. He went above and beyond to make sure the garage door was safe and secure for me and my kids. He was immediately on his phone with his office to make sure I had a quote to send to my insurance company. When the construction contractor came by for their estimate, Nick stayed for a few extra minutes to explain what was going on with the door and what he had already done to secure the door. I was beyond impressed! Advanced has earned themselves a new customer! read more

The spring on our garage door snapped, and the same afternoon, within an hour of calling for a quote, Caleb was at my garage. He provided a competitive quote and completed the work within half an hour. He was friendly, professional, and provided good advice. Will be calling Advanced Garage Doors immediately when the spring eventually goes on the other door. read more

Called Advanced Garage Doors right after the spring on my garage door exploded. They were responsive and answered my questions and was able to schedule a tech to come out the next day to give me an estimate. The tech Caleb was friendly and knowledgeable and kept his quote within the price range I was quoted over the phone which is nice. I think their pricing is fair and the work was done quickly and efficiently. If you use a credit card there is a 3.5% service fee but if you cut a check there is no fee. I was offered a discount if I agreed to replace both the broken spring and the spring on my other garage door but I chose to only replace the broken one at this time. I will use this business again when time comes to replace the other spring. read more

I contacted Advanced Garage Doors about my broken garage door spring after my debacle with Ponderosa and verified up front that they had no hidden charges for providing an estimate. Once that was done, they were able to get Logan scheduled to come out in less than two hours to assess the door spring repair work and provide an estimate to replace the 20 year old opener. The overall estimate for both was less than half of what Ponderosa provided, so I hired them. Logan took about 3 hours to complete the work and from all appearances did a great job. Very personable and reasonable company to work with based on this experience. read more

Service was great from the scheduling process until the work was completed. Roy worked fast, straightforward and answered all my questions. Will use them again for garage door services. read more

I requested about five quotes from different companies. Some still haven't responded, but I immediately heard back from Advanced Garage Doors. My initial appointment was within an hour of requesting a quote for a broken spring. A limited warranty on labor and a years long parts warranty was also included. I wasn't actually certain I was going to go ahead with the work today, but they showed up ready to do the work and offered me a great discount for same day work. The work took only half an hour and was very affordable. I highly recommend this company! read more

We needed our garage door, rails, motor, etc. replaced and they did a great job. The door looks and works great without any problems, and the price was very good. The estimator and installer were awesome, with very good communication and excellent work. Also, Caleb in the office was super great at answer my questions and taking time with me. My general feeling was that the company was very professional. Overall, I'm very glad they did the work because of the price and how nice the installation was. read more

Around 7am this morning: spring broke on our garage door. Called them after they opened around 9-ish; they offered to have someone come between 10-11; I wasn't available so we did a 12-2 window instead. They came around 12:30, inspected the door, quoted us a very reasonable price to repair (replacement of both springs as one was broken and the other was intact but quite old), and we gave them teh go-ahead. The job was done probably within about an hour of approval. 1:57pm: I'm writing this review as the spring is fixed, the door is working great, and we're thrilled to have this repaired so quickly and at a reasonable price. No hesitation, would hire again. Thank you! read more

Adam, the technician is very responsive, polite and knowledgeable. He provided us with options and worked within our budget. He even pointed out a few things we would not have noticed or be aware of. Whoever his supervisor is also working with him when we asked about pricing and able to repair the spring just a bit above our budget. In the future if we ever need garage door service, they will be the one we call first. Thank you Adam! read more

Our torsion spring on our garage door snapped on Easter Sunday (because, of course). I put out the call via yelp that we needed help, and GTS called AND replied via yelp fastest. On top of that, they had the most competitive quote. On top of THAT, they were able to come by in less than an hour and fix the door spring (also, check out our other door!) - all of this on Easter Sunday! These guys are great, local, hard working and nice. Hopefully my doors are good for a whole, but I'll definitely be using them if/when the need arises. Thanks, guys! read more

Glad I went with Advanced garage doors. I'm moving so I really appreciate the quick help!

Awesome Service I give it a 10 out of 10. Dan immediately returned my call on Sunday, came out to replace my 20 year old garage door opener. Dan was respectful, friendly, and patient teaching me how to use my High Tech opener. Made a second trip to reprogram our cars that were not here at the time of installation. Wow!! great customer service. FYI, we had other companies out for estimates prior to Advance Garage Doors. Every other companies tried to upsell. Blah I may be old but NOT gullible. Again call DAN for honest fast service. read more

Be reasonable. A 10 minute job no parts for an over priced quote. Nope. No for me. ...........

The spring on my garage door broke the evening of 27 July, 2025. I contacted Advanced Garage Doors that evening and had an appointment for the next day. Caleb, the technician, arrived promptly, explained the problem to me and gave me an estimate for the repair. Since the price was reasonable, and he had the part with him, I had him complete the repair. He was finished in under an hour. Caleb was professional, courteous, and efficient. He not only did an excellent job, but he answered all of my qestions and provided some advice on maintaining my garage doors. I highly recommend Advanced in general, and Caleb specifically. The next time I have an issue with a garage door, there is only one call I need to make. Thanks for your quick and excellent response. read more

We had one door with a broken cable and another with a non functioning motor. The tech at GTS showed up very quickly when promised, assessed quickly, and fixed everything on the spot. He added an additional spring that the previous company should have installed, and that should prevent any more problems. Good communication, and easy invoicing and payment. I'd call them back- but I hope I don't have to! read more

I had the garage door replaced. GTS was the only out of around 10 contractors that offered to come out for an estimate that same day. Julian met me at the house at 7:00 PM. I appreciated his communication and time, since I too work during the day. Showing up late really helped. He was professional and the price was what a different contractor quoted (just preliminary, "starting at....") and what I thought it would be around. GTS had an entire door, tracks and spring return system installed the next day. Great job too. They made what is suppose to be easy, easy. Regards, Jay Cook read more

My garage door wouldn't open any longer, so I requested estimates from several local businesses. GTS was the first to call me (within seconds) and less than an hour later, Asaf was here to assess the problem and provide an estimate. They were able to beat the price of a competitor that was next in line, and were even ready to install the new garage door opener, sensors and keypad during the same visit! Asaf was friendly to talk to and got the job done within a couple hours. Thank you! read more

Needed someone to come out to look at our garage door as it was getting loud and noisy. I was able to have someone come out the next day. Caleb was on time, explained everything he was looking at and an estimate was provided. He was extremely professional and worked quickly to do the maintenance. After completing the job he went over the items he attended to and some down the road "potential" issues as the door gets older. Would highly recommend Advanced and Caleb! read more

I've used GTS Garage Door and Locksmith services to install a garage door opener and new springs. Unfortunately, I didn't compare prices and ended up paying $1100, which I found to be on the more expensive side. I faced quality and communication issues with the first technician, but a quick response from the owner and excellent work from Jonathan, the second technician, led me to give a five-star review. I recommend considering multiple options first to make a more informed decision, and if you find a good deal here, I'd suggest choosing Jonathan for your garage door needs. read more

My garage door spring failed on a Saturday evening. Called/messaged a few businesses for quotes and Julian was the first to respond and get a technician out the next morning. I needed a different system to the contained tube which couldn't be repaired quickly. The quote was competitive and the work was completed the same Sunday afternoon along with a good guarantee. Tha technician was very polite and the work was totally satisfactory. Thank you. read more

Several calls to verify that they could make my key, three calls. They assured me they could. NO DEAL. UNABLE TO DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY COULD DO! Trying to be nice. And F' Porsche for their $750 key fob. Garage Door and Locksmith is nothing more than a calling service/center that is totally a smoke and mirrors. Cost me a day off my life.
