I arrived a few minutes after 5 pm on Thursday, February 27, 2020 to find no lights on and the door locked. No sign was posted on the door to indicate this location closed early or is permanently closed. I called the phone number for this location and got their standard message indicating the store hours today to be 10am - 6pm. I left a voicemail asking when or if the West Bend location would be reopening. This is not the first time I've experienced the West Bend location not being open during their posted hours in less than the year I have been their customer. As a common courtesy to Vision Mart's customers, posting a sign on the door and/or updating the store's phone message when the store is unable to be open during its posted hours needs to be done. Extremely disappointing as I made a special trip to stop into Vision Mart this evening. I don't appreciate when a business chooses to waste my time and money (for gas) because they can't be inconvenienced to extend basic common courtesy to its customers.
