Tina was the optician who helped me. She was more than competent, and very personable. She made sure that my glasses fit my face to my liking, and were also comfortable. She asked me repeatedly if they felt okay, was very concerned, and interactive throughout the entire process. I will definitely be back to see Tina, and look forward to meeting the rest of the staff when I need an updated eye exam.

My son had a volleyball thrown at him in gym class, I ran over to consumer optical to order him a new pair of glasses and script and ask if their was anything we can do to fix his current glasses (it literally just needed a pin put in) he can not see without his glasses.. no I didn't have an appointment, but the younger man told me he was to busy (I was the only one there) and that he would call me in the evening and pay over the phone to order new glasses.. not only could he not help me but he didn't even call.. now my son can't go to school because he can't see without his glasses and I have to wait to make an appointment to be seen to order glasses which will take weeks to get back... I am just disgusted.. I have spent thousands of dollars ever year getting him special lenses, transition, extra back up pairs, ect. He is accepting of his patients and took as much time as I needed to review my condition and need for surgery.
