Tina was the optician who helped me. She was more than competent, and very personable. She made sure that my glasses fit my face to my liking, and were also comfortable. She asked me repeatedly if they felt okay, was very concerned, and interactive throughout the entire process. I will definitely be back to see Tina, and look forward to meeting the rest of the staff when I need an updated eye exam.

They are overbooked and are bad with rescheduling appointments. Despite calling a month ahead to reschedule and despite calling twice to confirm appointments for my boys, they still told me I had cancelled. They also put a no show fee of $50 if you reschedule. The staff confirms appointments over the phone but their system will say otherwise. I'm very disappointed. The opticians here that dispense glasses are great though.
