They say I needed to call them to say it was good to go. (You'll notice that's not what they said in office.) I tell them they are can you please give me the lenses and the glasses I ordered. They say can do! That'll be $800 after insurance! I push back and say no I pay for great insurance but it's wonky and I explain how to run it. They say they'll call back in a couple hours once they try it. That was over a week ago! Since then I have tried to call them multiple times on multiple days but their front desk is not answering! I'm going to drive up today get my prescription (which they must legally give) and go somewhere else.

She never look up, but she turned and said to another lady, "he said he filled it online." Still never acknowledging me. The lady told her replied, yes I did complete online. She didn't look up and just told me "well. you can sit down." The person that did the first part of the exam, a young lady, was excellent and very thorough and nice. However, when the doctor came in after me being told me he is still busy three times, he continually went on about glasses and cataracts, which I was there for injury and for him to assess the injury. He appeared to be irritated and rushed because of his busy schedule and was not thorough and did not pay any attention to me when I asked questions about the injury, other than saying "oh you can see fine". I feel very uncomfortable for myself and other veterans for having a place like this and individual like this making determination for veterans benefits because they are not paying attention to detail or listening to the veterans concerns.

By far Dr. Hawk is the nicest, non stuffy, and knowledgeable docs that I've ever put in trust of not only mine, but my whole families, eyes. They have a beautiful office with a great selection of frames and the largest selection of Oakley frames I've found. Staff in all businesses tend to change however even the the new(ish) girls have always been inviting and personable with a level of knowledge far exceeding anything you'll normally find at your local mall eyecare centers.
