Some years ago I had done business with Fairway and remembered the excellent customer service. In fact the only reason I really switched was they didn't have the frames I wanted. I digress. The staff is always nice and it is clean. I am usually able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I gave a four is that the machine has went on the blitz several times in the middle of the testing. They have gotten it worked out during those times but I despise the testing because it takes longer than a typical test so I've had to prolong the testing.

I guess that's why I keep going back (even though I've lived in Georgia for the past two years). *No puff tests - not sure if the puff test is considered invasive, but the dread associated w/that stupid puff of air is 100% invasive!
