David in Liberty was a pleasure, he was exceptionally helpful, pleasant, funny, and engaging. I would recommend him for sure. I was told it would take an hour for my two pairs of glasses; it took 20 minutes. :) However, after I got my glasses I tried to register online so I could buy some more glasses from home. I tried to register for a week and kept getting an error message. I finally called customer service and was told that for some reason there were two accounts associated with me. The customer service agent was awesome and she told me she fixed the problem within a minute. She did and I was able to get one step closer to logging in. There was a new wrinkle, though. My prescription expiration date was entered as the day I got my glasses so, essentially I cannot order glasses online since my prescription appears expired. I called customer service back (5 minutes before they closed, btw). That agent told me that I could just go to the store and there was nothing else to be done. She offered only a coupon for 50% off an in-store purchase. I was irritated, but it wasn't her fault. I asked for a supervisor. I was on hold for like 2 minutes and then the phone disconnected. I was HOT since I figured they'd hung up on me since it was almost closing time and I was asking for a supervisor. I was already composing an angry review and email. Then my phone rang. It was the supervisor (Mary) calling me back. She was professional, helpful, empathetic, and great. She saved the interaction, my impressions, and this review. Thanks again!
