In the last year I had a bad fall face first in some gravel. My lenses were terribly scratched. Eyemart Express ordered my new lenses with no problems. I was able to wear my second pair while I waited. The new lenses arrived quickly and they were perfect. Just last week one of the nose pieces broke off. I had selected Ray Ban glasses and they were not cheap. I went to the store where they verified that I was within the year warranty and they quickly replaced my frames.
