Two weeks ago, I went in for an eye appt to get a prescription for glasses and went ahead and…read morepurchased a very expense pair of glasses with bi-focal lens. The lady that helped pick them out was very nice and processed the order with full payment. Two weeks later I was notified that the glasses were in. I went to pick them up yesterday, and the gentlemen got them for me asked if they fit well in regard to tightness which they did. No test to see if I could actually see out of them. So, I take them home and put them on and cannot see a thing. Everything far and near was blurry. So, I call this morning to communicate my frustration, and I was told to bring them in. I bring them in and of course the wrong lens on them after I paid a large amount of money, but we go round and round on a solution which was order new lens another 2 weeks, and then not sure they will work. Then I see the office manager who I relay my situation too and he has no desire to solve the issue and says, "just get a refund". Stands there with his hands in his pockets. He should read Customer Service for Dummies! First and last visit to this Optical Store! What a Circus!!

In the last year I had a bad fall face first in some gravel. My lenses were terribly scratched. Eyemart Express ordered my new lenses with no problems. I was able to wear my second pair while I waited. The new lenses arrived quickly and they were perfect. Just last week one of the nose pieces broke off. I had selected Ray Ban glasses and they were not cheap. I went to the store where they verified that I was within the year warranty and they quickly replaced my frames. I don't think I was there more than fifteen minutes. I was so wrong about this store when I first posted a review. They have stood behind their products and their service is exemplary.
