Dr Thornhill fit me in without an appointment with very little wait. The office staff was very friendly and professional. I have an old eye injury and Dr Thornhill took extra time with me and was the first eye doctor in 24 years that recommended not correcting the eye that had not been injured. She fitted me with contacts and I can actually see things again! My only disappointment is that I live far away, so I won't be able to go back and see her...unless I can get in another road trip this time next year! I highly recommend this practice.

Then, earlier today, my husband had his eye exam and was checking out glasses. They wanted to tack on an extra $100 for some special lenses and stuff, but we had to pass because it wasn't payday yet. But when I went to pay for my own stuff, I overheard them talking trash about us not buying their expensive glasses! It's frustrating that they seem more interested in making money than treating customers right. They should be upfront about their prices so people can make informed choices.
