This time, we had just bought a new home and there was a large tree in the side yard that we wanted to take out as it was to close to the house and the wall, besides looking like it was dying. We had enough time to make an informed decision. He and his crew showed up within the window of agreed upon and finished 2 days earlier than the promised completion date! The crew was polite and punctual. They were careful and made sure our outdoor furniture were out of the way. The clean up at completion was very decent. Eddie made sure the our irrigation system was working properly and did a walk through with me prior to taking the final payment. They maintain our landscaping and irrigation system on a monthly basis, do every request, and get the job done in half the time of our previous company. We wanted our overgrown plants thinned and trimmed back. Instead, they were razed. We asked to have two volunteers removed. Instead, they were just cut back -- and the enormous roots were left for us. We paid for thoughtful service -- and instead, a bunch of idiots with high powered weed whackers turned up and destroyed our garden. They were a disaster. I was so excited to come home from home and find our courtyard looking nice -- and now I am gutted because it looks terrible. Do.Not.Hire. Oh -- and after I sent an email complaining, I received a reply saying that what we had gotten was what we had agreed to. What a crock. No one would have agreed to the disaster they left.

Everybody, myself included, has been satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. They are very thorough with inspections and straightforward about what needs to be done now, and what can wait. My roof was in decent shape, but it was unknown how long ago it had been recoated. One particular area needed extensive work and I could have ended there but I chose to have them recoat the entire thing for extra peace of mind- my point is they did not try scare tactics to upgrade the services. He was honest about being OK waiting on the rest. The communication was consistent, they arrived when they said they would. After the work was done they scheduled a follow up visit to reinspect, and address a couple things that needed touch-up. I will continue to recommend Camelback to anyone who needs a first or second opinion on their roof. If you have read this far, call them for an inspection. Your roof is a major household system and you do NOT want to wait for it to show signs of needing work.
