They are very thorough with inspections and straightforward about what needs to be done now, and what can wait. My roof was in decent shape, but it was unknown how long ago it had been recoated. One particular area needed extensive work and I could have ended there but I chose to have them recoat the entire thing for extra peace of mind- my point is they did not try scare tactics to upgrade the services. He was honest about being OK waiting on the rest. The communication was consistent, they arrived when they said they would. After the work was done they scheduled a follow up visit to reinspect, and address a couple things that needed touch-up. I will continue to recommend Camelback to anyone who needs a first or second opinion on their roof. If you have read this far, call them for an inspection. Your roof is a major household system and you do NOT want to wait for it to show signs of needing work.

I found Lynch's website and requested information on roof replacement. They contacted me the next day and had the roof inspected that same day. They removed by solar panels and replaced the roof within a week! I was not at home at the time of the replacement, however they called to update the progress and also sent pictures of the work. Easy appointment set up to look at the job. He was patient and explained what the job would entail. He put his bid in writing and there was no pressure. We had enough time to make an informed decision. He and his crew showed up within the window of agreed upon and finished 2 days earlier than the promised completion date! The crew was polite and punctual. They were careful and made sure our outdoor furniture were out of the way. The clean up at completion was very decent. Eddie made sure the our irrigation system was working properly and did a walk through with me prior to taking the final payment. I told them my concerns on side things I would like fixed due to construction, not directly having to do with the roof. This is my first big project I did by myself, and I did it without consult. Next time I wouldn't pay someone the final payment, which I did, until I am sure that all is well. My adult son John will do a final inspection when he is in Tucson in December or January, and he will be more knowledgeable than me. He and Blue Mountain Roofing can make any needed decision then.
