We extensively remodeled our master bath 2 years ago, and unfortunately in Jan. we discovered that one of the new plumbing fixtures had burst and we had a mold issue going on. I was so upset, we had saved up to finally have the bathroom of our dreams and now it was going to be tore up. Ray came over and came up with some creative ways to minimize the amount of damage that would need to be done to correct the issue. His team was professional and friendly from start to finish and managed to save every piece of tile they had to remove from the floor and walls so we could reuse it. 3/30/16 - This company is amazing! My Dad had significant mold in his kitchen from water damage. Ray and Martin accommodated my Dad's budget since he had to pay for it out of pocket. From day one to the end I can honestly say that Advanced Environmental not only met their one goal of "service" they also lived up to their strong work ethic and commitment. I have high praises for all their employees from Martha in the office to their crew Javier, Rick et al. They had to cut out 4 ft H x 5 ft W on one wall and 4 ft H x 3 ft W on two adjoining walls to remove the mold. Let me tell you they did an impressive job with nice clean cuts in the drywall. They also had to cut out some of the floor tiles. The crawlspace and air ducts were thoroughly cleaned too. My Dad was definitely not "in good hands" with his homeowners insurance (which he's had for 50 years) but was "in good hands" with Advanced Environmental during the two weeks of remediation! We hired Advanced Environmental off the recommendation of our real estate agent after purchasing our condo. We had some mold issues from the previous owner under our kitchen sink and in some of our bathrooms. I was really impressed with their professionalism and the promptness we were able to get these issues resolved. They used an independent lab to retest our air after their work was complete and made the proper readjustments very quickly to get us totally cleaned up properly. Their rates were very reasonable. We had a little issue with our check reaching them in the mail (due to the current USPS situation and Covid) and Martha was particularly great. Project Manage from AE, Alfonso, came and did estimation for remediation around furnace area after our general inspection. Alfonso explained in details about how to remove the furnace, how to remove the dry wall next to furnace. He also recommended to get a more through mold test and get the air test after the remediation, which turns out to be the most important thing. We found more places with mold with the professional mold inspection. Alfonso is very professional and hard working. Whenever I call him, if he is not on site work, he answers phone immediately and also reply emails very promptly! Excellent work! When his guys came to do the remediation, they first checked where is the power, water and gas. They also cover everything very carefully to make sure the air with mold won't stay at home. Since we had tight schedule, normally those guys never works on weekend. The owner Ray knew our situation and quickly rearrange everything and got mold removed on time. I got several estimates from low to high and they were the most reasonable and practical. You know you are working with licensed and knowledgeable guys who do quality work. With the direction of Gold Safety they were able to remediate the mold and save the bathroom tile my clients just put in a month ago. Another company insisted on ripping it all out! If I could, I would give Ray and his band of thieves a negative 4000! Steer clear and don't buy into into these phony, glowing reviews! They ripped off my house and pretty much picked it clean of things that were, while not necessarily expensive or of high street value, they were things that were important to me. And I guess I have good taste, because they took everything from bedding to towels to artwork, software to bathroom items like makeup, Sonicare toothbrush heads, on and on and on. They knew I was long-term away from home and took their time to pick my house AND my garage clean of all the cool things they wanted. You've been forewarned!!! I had to have my locks rekeyed! And they ripped off (broke) and threw away an antique dresser handle on one side of the bedroom, while having smashed an antique armoire into the wall on the other side.
