I have been coming to Suzie for 16 years and even though I don't live in San Diego anymore, I come home for her services I am obsessed with her endemology machine which not only feels amazing and is so incredible for your lymphatic system but helps you lose pounds of water weight immediately. its incredible and I do it whenever I feel bloated, have a media event or need to film or a soecial date. she even has a special plug in to work on your face which removes all fluid, lifts your cheekbones and makes you look 5+ years younger instantly. I have searched other cities for what she does and no one has the state of art equipment she has that works this effectively. I can not say enough good things about her and all of her treatments. read more

I've known Susie for several years now and am so glad I came to know of her and her practices. As the other Gina D. review stated, her knowledge of the body matched with the services offered such as endermologie not only provides results but a sense of relaxation during and after the treatment. She's a very caring person and offers treatments to help with/ whatever issue you have at hand. I recently tried her facial endermologie which was so relaxing i almost fell asleep! With muscle stim she helped unlock a pinch I had in my neck/shoulder area, and I noticed such a difference after just 1 session of body endermologie. Her facility is not only beautiful but clean and inviting. I look forward to trying to jade sauna next and highly recommend her services! read more

Over 10 years ago I discovered, upon an enthusiastic recommendation from a friend, tucked into a quiet Encinitas neighborhood an elegant European style day spa that quickly became a weekly visit on my calendar. The owner Susie Phillips' commitment to wellness using her well credentialed background in kinesiology and knowledge of the human body has helped me immensely through years with various issues. To my knowledge there is no one else in San Diego who offers the treatments designed for toning, muscle stimulation, cellulite loss and cleansing adrenals with endermologie. I have also benefited from her infrared sauna on occasion. Susie is a healer: her warm and compassionate personality coupled with her medical science comprehension has toned me, given me pain relief and a wonderful sense of well being after a visit. I truly appreciate her and always can't wait to see her! Gina D. read more

Had my first session with Susie today. I'm not a newbie to Endermologie, just haven't had it done in a while. First off, I live in Palm Springs. I had problems finding a place near me that could work around my schedule. I work M-F 8-5. Couldn't find "after work" or even on a Saturday. Feeling frustrated, I went on Yelp and found Advanced Body Solutions and called Susie. We had a nice chat and she didn't have an issue with booking a Saturday appointment for me. She has a brand new machine which works much better than the old ones. The treatment was great. It felt like I was getting a deep tissue massage and almost fell asleep. I have a place to stay when I come out here so I will be getting a treatment every 2 weeks. Thank you for the excellent customer satisfaction. read more

This is my happy place. I feel as though this secret find is almost too precious to share but know how valuable it would be to others, so here goes...This is where you go to do your body good. It is a gorgeous, pristine, sleek and spa-like environment where many modalities are expertly managed by Susie, the body Yoda. She has a gift. My body has never felt stronger, smoother, more firm and free-moving. Plus, you can practically feel the "goodness" she imparts and puts into any treatment in this magical place -- be it endermologie, muscle stim, infrared treatments or more. Truly a wonderful place. read more

This is the best healthcare, wellness spot, spa ish, place I've ever been. The technology she has is all out of this world, amazing. All backed my real science and technology. Her knowledge mixed with her fun and compassionate disposition makes for the best experience ever. I am rarely able to say I "enjoy" Lyme disease treatment, but she has made it the most enjoyable experience! I look forward to the days I get to come in and see Susie and use her fun tools! Best part is? You don't need to ask what's good for you...she just knows! Susie is the best of the best! I drive 45 minutes each way and I'd do it any day, for the experience I get at Advanced Body Solutions! read more

Susie is the best to work with! She is so nice and does whatever she can to accommodate your schedule. The treatments she does are better then the other places I've tried in San Diego. My skin is smoother and tighter feeling. When my body is hurting she fixes me right up with various different treatments. I think the pricing is very good for the work being done. Since coming to her I will never go anywhere else. They moved locations and the new one is a gorgeous sanctuary. Don't be turned away because she doesn't have a lot of reviews. I recommend trying her out and posting your own reviews! read more

The muscle stem and endomology treatment was excellent. At first I thought that maybe it would be helpful for my knee; however, my whole body has benefited from the program. The improvement kept accelerating for the next couple of days. Susie Phillips at Advanced Body Solutions is as good as they come!! She is absolutely amazing in so many ways. I have had endermologie treatments with her for about 6 months and my results are incredible. My entire body looks and feels smoother and firmer. Not just about the treatments she performs, but also about physiology and nutrition in general. She is a wealth of information! And most importantly, she has an incredibly sweet disposition and personality that make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. ABS is amazing! I love this place! I come here weekly for all different kinds of treatments. My favorite treatment is Endermologie for cellulite. I always come about 6-8 weeks before bikini and shorts season to get rid of that lumpy cellulite on my thighs and stomach. It takes about 6-9 treatments going once or twice a week. I notice my cellulite is reduced by about 80%!!! Then I just maintain during the summer about once a week or every week and a half. The thing I love compared to other offices is that they have the new machine that is 50% more effective and they are cheaper then any other place I've tried. I've been coming ever year since 2013. It is totally worth the money. Susie and the staff are so friendly and the office is gorgeous! read more

Fantastic. I've had two ozone saunas so far and absolutely love it. My skin feels wonderful afterwards. And Susie is so caring . She made me feel very comfortable and is really trying to help me, using everything she knows. She has so many different tools to help a person, she is amazing. And I love that the place is beautiful and extremely clean. She's environmentally aware which is great for a sensitive person like me. Her place even has water filtration throughout so when you rinse, you're in non-chlorinated water which is really important especially right after an ozone sauna. Thanks Susie. read more

As much as I want to keep Susie as a secret, here it goes. I do consider myself an endermologie snob. I have been having it for 10 years. I have had it all across the country as well as abroad! So I can tell when they are doing a perfect job. And Susie is hands down is doing the perfect job. Beyond the fact that she is the nicest, most peaceful human being I have ever met, she is probably the best person I have seen from a technical stand point. I would absolutely recommend her; and of course, endermologie works wonders!... read more

I have multiple issues with my shape as well as chronic back pain. I have had a variety of treatments over the years, all over the world, and consider myself a body therapy connoisseur. After just one endermologie treatment, followed by the LED light bed, I now have less volume in my legs and abdomen, smoother skin tone and virtually non existent levels of pain. The results are very impressive, but it was also a joy to work with someone as sweet and knowledgeable as Susie.
