Service: 10/10 My primary contact was Mike, however I spoke with many other staff in person and over the phone over the course of a week after I had my Crosstrek towed in with a destroyed transmission system. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and responsive. The new transmission they procured was practically brand new and installed professionally. The experience they provided me as a customer was as excellent as the final bill and they are now my go-to shop for transmission and suspension work. Thus, I strongly recommend this business. When I had my car towed in, it was after hours, but conveniently they had an overnight key/car drop off system that was secure and easy. The lobby was clean, organized, and offered free cold water.

I was told they could do the engine assembly on property but the engine would have to go to a machine shop for the tear down and machining of internals. The owner asked me how in love with the original engine I was. He told me it would save about half the cost of a rebuild to go with a crate motor. I asked more questions of him on the phone. We met in person later. He tried to tell me that what I wanted was too aggressive for my car. It would not be daily drivable. He could not define what he meant by that term.He was insisting that I did not know what I know about engines camshafts and my own car. Later I find out he is a computer programmer who bought the business from the man I used to know. They had my car for 7 days including a weekend. I learned nothing about what they were planning. The car sat outside. I decided to go somewhere else. They charged me $800 for basically a state inspection.
