He had to go home, test it and discover it was wrong one. Back to Staples for a refund!!! I suggested he go to Best Buy instead. the staff there was incredibly helpful !!! Not only did they find the right charger for him after he paid for it, they allowed him to test it to make sure it was the right fit and they also tested his outlet square plug to make sure it was working. Thank you, Best Buy Walker Road for amazing customer service!!

I returned to the store this evening to purchase 2 of the desks at the sale price as the Staples website said there were 2 available at this location. After the staff member spent time in the back, he came back to me and said he cant find them, but if I go to the computer with him he will order them and get them in 2 days - Waste of time going to the store, shop on line if you need to buy from Staples.

In addition I thought and received several quotes to get four cameras installed and let me tell you those quotes were all over the place but when I called peekaboo and told them that I already had my cameras and I wanted them installed the quote that I received almost fell out the chair. I'm very happy with the quote and I'm equally as happy with the job that was done. I ordered two more cameras and I'm going to have them install them next week. Paul and Jeremy did a superb job of installing these cameras. He made sure that they were focused on the exact areas that they needed to be so I can now see around the whole perimeter of my home.
