I went to the store on Dec. 23 to purchase a desk and the staff member couldn't tell me the price until after Christmas because of the boxing day sale pricing. I returned to the store this evening to purchase 2 of the desks at the sale price as the Staples website said there were 2 available at this location. After the staff member spent time in the back, he came back to me and said he cant find them, but if I go to the computer with him he will order them and get them in 2 days - Waste of time going to the store, shop on line if you need to buy from Staples. read more

I would never shop there, I bought a computer headphone and didn't need it because my laptop has one. But because they have a disclosure on their receipt for no returns on opened boxes I can't return the item. Wouldn't it be smart to notify your customer of this during the time of purchase. read more

I went in to the staples hoping to buy a new charging cable with a block for my I phone, the woman who cashed me out at the counter couldn't have done a worse job, never in my life has buying a phone charger been such an ordeal, it began when she pulled out the wrong cable for the block, after I told her that it was the wrong cable she insisted I was wrong, she then told me to purchase the Item so she could show me I was wrong , after I purchased the cable and block she opened the cable and tired plugging it into my phone, after she was unsuccessful she told me that My phone wasn't an iPhone, as I am not an idiot I grabbed the charger off her and plugged it into my phone to show her that I indeed had the correct phone, I then explained to her that she had gotten the wrong cable for the block, and again insisted I was wrong and proceeded to open the block to show me, once she opened it she saw that it was indeed the wrong block for that cable, she then refunded me and rather than getting me the correct apple block that I wanted she grabbed me a generic brand block, me being immensely frustrated at this point just went along with it and took the generic block before I lost my mind, I then got home to check my banking to find she screwed up the refund, so I paid and extra $30 for a charging block I didn't even get, the woman's name was "Dina" if you come across her at the counter I highly suggest you leave and make your purchase another day when she isn't working, she is absolutely useless at her job read more
