The first time I stopped by, I needed an alignment and oil change, which was done very quickly! I needed to head out of town for the week, so Alex was mindful about my limited time in the area. Very reasonable prices! The second time, I came back to get my brakes changed. Per the advice of my friend, he recommended coated rotors since I usually keep my car outside through all the seasons. After three days, with little communication, it was finally looked at and we were given a quote for repairs. We okayed that number and told them we would hold off on another item that had popped up. Upon picking up our vehicle, we were informed that the final charges were double the number that we had been quoted due to "technician fees", despite us having a quote in writing. evidently there is a separate technician feature charged for each individual item that might need to be looked at.
