Finally I was told by someone who refused to share their name that nobody there cares about me or my car and if they were going to do anything about it they would've done something already. Small claims court it is! Cannot issue a big enough warning to stay away form this place!

    Stopped by on November 8, 2020 on our way out of town. Been using this location for about 3-4 years…read moreand been happy with the service. I've had no less than 3 people advised me not to use the location in the last 4-5 months due to the workers not finishing their job or having new issues almost immediately after using the location. Man approached the car, discussed the rates for different types of oil, went with the standard rather than synthetic as usual due to budget. He then started doing the filter checks and undoing clamps and hoses. Advised us we need a new cabin filter, declined because we are on a strict budget right now. Got going down the road and my partner thought the difference in the engine performance was due to the lower grade oil. We reached Cedar Springs and checked under the hood due as the cars system was advising us there was an issue with the traction control and other warnings we needed to check. None of this was happening before the oil change. We discovered there were hoses hanging unattached in the area the gentleman was messing with and checking our filters. (I could see him through the space where the hood opens because I was in the back seat). They also didn't reset the computer to register the oil had been changed so I am still receiving messages from the vehicle to change the oil. I've sent an email to corporate and tried to call the location but no answer and no response. I really hope that this was just a human error because to jack people around like that is a horrific business practice but to do it while the entire globe is in this crisis and affecting most the same this is despicable. I hope you prove me wrong.
