When my car was there in their parking lot, one of their employees got into another car that they were working on and ended up crashing into my car ripping my front fender off and I had to fight them basically choose now to pay the $3000 for me to get a new senders they also messed my power steering pump up twice in the span of two weeks. The manager there needs to use better discretion when making blanket claims that specific repairs will resolve specific mechanical issues. While I do believe that the work they did on my car was done correctly, the issues remain; in fact, one is even more pronounced. I have no complaints about what they charge, the cost; it was fair. However, it's very disappointing to spend good money to get rid of specified mechanical issues only to discover that they're still present, and then have the manager give unmerited excuses. read more

I recently took my '99 Dodge Caravan into this repair shop and I was very pleased with the service. I called Monday to vet them and ask if they could look at my breaking issue. They asked me to come in on Tuesday with the van. They assessed and repaired my vehicle the same day I brought it in. I picked it up in the afternoon and it's still running strong. They gave me two different quotes for replacing the break line. One was around $200, if the gas tank didn't need to be dropped and the other was $300, if the they couldn't get around dropping the tank. They pulled off the lesser of the two and I trust the work. I'll definitely be taking my vehicles there for future fixes/maintenance. read more

I used this repair shop for the first time today. I was impressed by their professionalism, the cleanliness of the shop, as well as the fair prices. My car needed a timing belt replaced, which is a pricey job depending how many components need to be replaced. I was given an in depth estimate the day I scheduled the appointment and was given the option to opt out of some components if desired. They gave me a ride back to my house after dropping my car off, and also offered to come pick me up if needed. The car was completed the same day. After returning home, I noticed a small oil leak. I immediately called the shop and they instructed me to come right back, even though they had already closed. They found a leaking oil filter, which was unrelated to the work they had done earlier in the day. Despite being after hours and the leaking oil filter being unrelated to the prior repair job, they replaced it free of charge! What a great company! I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for all my repair needs. read more
