She hooked me up with a Duralast gold battery ,wiper blades ,washer fluid ,towels and hand cleaner along with a bottle of seafoam. Wife said she would go in and deal with it. 3 workers at the store, 2 were setting on the steps talking with 1 checking a customer out. She ask who the manager is. One claims to be the mgr in charge at the time. She told him what had happened and the mgr said them at would be this person who then exclaims things got busy at that time. She looks around and said yea looks like it . The mgr( maybe) looks at the order and it hasn't even been pulled which means not only the night before workers did nothing, the Friday worker coming in did nothing either. I mean it not hard to look up parts on the same computer that you can look them up on at your house but not even filling orders is just a call for laziness.

Mr. Doug has been in the automotive scene for many years and know how to treat his customers. This particular issue my AC Unit was not getting any colder that 59 degrees. At the start of summer season it usually means you have lost a little Freon. I purchased the 134A in a can with the built in gauge. It also has stop leak in it. When I hooked the can up to my truck and turned on the AC the gauge showed to be in the red. I added Freon until I was back in the green. The Ac Unit is cooling now as low as 20 degrees! Just be careful if you decide to DIY follow the instructions and don't overcharge your system. This can create a leak in itself. I highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs!
